10/10 recommend this UPS Store. Just ask for Allen or Janice! They are THE best. I needed to get a last minute, large order of laminations made with a very slim window of time. Luckily, Allen and Janice went above and beyond to prepare my order. I got my laminations quicker than I’ve ever seen done before with HIGHER quality than I’ve ever seen done before at any other UPS store. And I utilize UPS very often. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Thanks for your help, guys!

There was a line but the employees kept the line moving even when they were faced with a difficult customer. Super friendly and efficient!

From the greeting to the service at the counter, it has always been a great experience. If unsure of what is needed for package to arrive safe, employees always step in with recommendations.

Do not let them handle your USPS shipments. UPS and USPS have an operating agreement to allow customers to drop off USPS packages at the store. However, if the package is lost or damaged at the store you are out of luck. UPS will take no responsibility for what happens in their stores. My USPS package was lost at the store and USPS never received it. I called to ask if they could check the store for my package and they refused saying "if it's not in the bin, it isn't here. This has been a very expensive lesson for me to learn.

This store has always been helpful until today. I wanted to return a dress to Amazon, super easy. The man (maybe 20 years old?) who helped me never said hi, never helped asked what can I do to help, nothing. He told me Amazon was requiring a label and box to return it. I said that the dress was free returns and he told me to take it up with Amazon. I tried to explain again that the 3 options I had to return all said free. He was determined to make me pay the $5.45 to UPS to have them package it and print the label. I started asking the other woman who was working for help because this man was zero help. She at least helped me to go back and start over. Then I figured it out on my own and got the free return. At least she was willing to help. The other guy just walked away! I don't like going to the post office because they're so rude and busy. Customer service is so frustrating these days. I don't often have to return things and told the guy that and I literally said....you'll have to help me out. Zero help.

I brought in my DirectTV device to be returned and they shipped it to Comcast. Hard to believe. They take no responsibility and my request to have to store owner contact me never occurred.UPDATE: 1 day after posting the above review I received a call from the store. They mailed me a check to reimburse me for the cost of the receiver. I appreciate the effort.

Two prices on envelope. One on the envelope itself and the other on a counter. Charged me the higher amount. I asked why? We changed the price. Already mailed it. Go somewhere else. And read the reviews

They make you buy tape to shut the top of your amazon return boxes. The worker directed me to amazon return kiosk although the worker was not doing anything else. Did not receive a receipt for my package drop off.

Terrible management (Allison) and customer service. Coincidentally, Allison rear-ended my vehicle in 2016 and she had no car insurance so I had to repair my vehicle using all my savings as I was a broke college student at the time. I remember I just bought the vehicle. I went into the UPS store and seen that she was working there. She proceeded to be rude and unprofessional.

If shipping your device back to Apple with a Repair ID Number. Make sure that you walk out with a receipt (not a packing slip) with your tracking number referencing your Repair ID Number. (Device ID and Serial Number)My item was lost and grossly mishandled by this store. It should have been a next day shipment. Make sure and Ask this store not to consolidate as that could be detrimental to both/all customers in the consolidated shipment.I was told my device was consolidated with another Apple repair. I was given two copies of the packing slip the day it shipped. I did not receive a receipt with the “tracking number”. I was told the packaging slip did not go with my item. I was eventually given another persons tracking number referencing their Repair Device ID. As explained below. When my item was confirmed NOT received by Apple three days later I called this store. I spoke with Allison.Allison told me I would have to call Apple, “Because Apple paid for the shipment “ not myself. That didn’t make sense! When I told her I was confused she was snarky and said “CLEARLY”!Let’s be CLEAR I brought my item/device to them to ship, box and create tracking. I didn’t go to the store with a box sent to Me from Apple to simply drop off. After Allison withheld my tracking number, I contacted Apple. I was told to go to the store to get the tracking. Apple didn’t have my item and tracking was needed. Allison gave me paperwork with another customers Device ID and tracking.Apple would not except tracking for my item with another person’s Device Repair ID number. The store could not provide me with tracking that referenced my Repair ID.While I was in the store I asked Allison why she withheld my tracking when I called earlier she replied “I was rude to her and that I hung up on her”. Yes, I hung up to call Apple as she was very aggressive and argumentative and she didn’t want to be bothered to do her job correctly.Allison was so unprofessional not only with with customer service but procedures and the process of shipping my item/device. It was not shipped in compliance with Apple policies and procedures which lead to the loss of my item.I actually went to another UPS Store asked the manager how they ship Apple Repair shipments. I specifically asked if they consolidate customers devices. She said “No”. Each customer device and device ID are there own shipment. Just as if Apple sent me or any customer the box to do the return. (That is an option given by Apple) They do not give customers two copies of the packing list. The employee is to include the packing list in the box with the item/device to go back to Apple. The store employee gives the customer the receipt with their tracking that references their Repair ID. The Manager alsoconfirmed that yes they have access to the tracking and can be looked up in their computer they do not send customers back to Apple to get a tracking number they have no way to find.My item was lost by the negligence of this store. When I realized I was getting the full run around. I tracked my item through “find your device”.My device was last seen 28 hours after I handed it to the employee at this store in Rockford. In a house close to Benson Stone. If my item shipped as it should have and was a next day shipment. I would have expected it was on the proper course to the destination. This proves it was not.

Stopped to send 3 returns back to Amazon. Skylar scanned my phone 3 times handed me my receipt and said have a nice day. Didn’t look a receipt until I got home ( my mistake) Had only 2 tracking numbers I called and talked to Skylar he said that one of the codes he scanned said it was already scanned( he didn’t think this was important to tell me) so nothing they can do maybe I should call Amazon! So lesson learned Look at you receipt because I’m out the money!

I ship things to my grandson frequently and have always had good service plus he gets them when they said he would. I am sad that you all need to work on a Sunday but am so happy you do as that is when I am available to go here. I also love that you accept Amazon returns.

I’ve always been able to do quick drop offs for Amazon returns here and now they have a quick kiosk for quick returns! Even without that option, the friendly staff are efficient in getting the line moved through expeditiously.
