“This is an awesome place with a more than excellent staff. Prices are great and so is the cat!! If you’ve never been….. you need to go. I can’t tell you enough how great of a place this is and you leave feeling better than when you went in. Just great vibes!!!”
“I stopped into CBD Kratom Rockford today. I tried a can of seltzer kratom while vacationing in Montana this last month. I was really surprised at just how relaxed and laid-back I felt after drinking a 12 oz can of the seltzer. I had never heard of Kratom before and I was dying of thirst after a good hard workout at the local gym in Big Timber. Eric, the store manager took the time to explain to me the difference between the different levels of Kratom and the combination of kava and Kratom and all the different qualities of the different products that was sold in the store. Also explained a little bit of the difference between the seltzers and the sodas and the gummies and the liquid drops that were available. He helped me put together a variety six-pack of different alternatives to try. I think I would have been a little lost and confused without his guidance.
Thanks for the education Eric. I look forward to stopping back.”
“The Greatest!! this is the best place in all of Rockford!! amazing customer service that listens! Fantastic selections and if you don't see what you need all you have to do is ask and they will get it! you need to stop in and check them out!!”
“David from this location is a rockstar. I called in to ask about freemax tanks since mine just broke, he unfortunately didn’t have anything there and none of the other 7 stores I called had them either! Well he just so happened to remember that the North Main location had some, what do you know? They did. Good looking my dude. Clearance deal, 4 in stock, done deal! Pays to pay attention to your job like this guy clearly does, considering he said he was just working that location recently is all. 11 out of 10 on the service. Thanks!”
“Amazing experience! The owner really knew what he was talking about and was extremely helpful in making sure I was getting the right item for my needs. Highly recommend”
“When I come into the shop they treat me like if I was family it makes me feel comfortable and they're always educating me. Eric and Mo. About all the stuff they have and what's good and what to choose. If I could really say anything I feel so comfortable not pressured into buying something I'm not sure about and it always feels so exciting when I come in it's like family chips, snacks, pop, whatever you want ???”
“I would recommend going here i go all the time but today was a but different and its making me reconsider my opinion on the store. I went in with my friend and fiance and there was a lady behind the counter by the name of robin who accused’s my fiance of stealing from the store. We were looking at vapes and she accused him. Not only did she accuse him but she was very disrespectful to my friend that was either me she was treating her like she was stupud and was talking to her disrespectfully at checkout because she didnt understand something. That robin lady needs to learn manners and better customer service. You dont accuse a customer of stealing without proof or reason to believe they stole. Thank you!
P.s also not to mention the lady didnt id me im 21 going on 22 and thats a big nono!
Im only giving this place 5 stars because all the other staff are amazing and the prices are amazing as well.”

“I love how clean they keep this place, how friendly the workers are, and how quickly I'm in and out. The prices are lower then when they opened as well! For anybody unsure which brand to try, I highly recommend the brand Seed and Strain. They grow the best weed I've ever smoked in 25 years of smoking. Also, buying shake can save you money while doing the job perfectly. Sunnyside has 50 mg Strawberry Daiquiri flavored gummies for $5, which is a great price.”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Happy to answer my questions. Offered options and great choices. Didn't try to push items or products on me that I didn't want. Just moved back to the area and very happy to see they are still in business. Definitely doing all my business here again. Always recommended them to others”
