“We were in the middle of a 23 hour road trip when our engine light came in with a notification regarding the emissions system. This turned out to be quite a big issue. We stopped in as a walk-in customer and they immediately looked at our vehicle, gave us a quote and started the work right away. This turned out to be a 5 hour job that took them to closing time. Never once did we feel like a burden. This team was amazing, they gave THE BEST customer service we have ever had at any mechanic. I would most definitely recommend this business. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!!”

“Yeakley’s was a godsend when my son needed a car repair after hitting a deer while on his way to visit us from South Carolina. Knowing he would only be here for a week, Yeakley’s prioritized the repairs and worked closely with his insurance company, making a stressful situation so much less so. They were so helpful and kind, and did a great job.”

“We were looking for a replacement for our minivan and came across a Bronco on their website. At the time, the minivan was at their Sullivan shop. I called the dealership and spoke to Jalon. He informed me that the vehicle was in Decatur, but could have someone go get it and have it in Sullivan by the time I got there. It took a little longer than that, but not much. Jalon was great to work with. He was very attentive to our needs, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. We will definitely consider working with him for future vehicles.”
