Collision shop has the best customer service. The body work that was done on my car was some of the best work I have ever seen done. The day of my pickup they also washed and cleaned my car on the inside an outside. I’m very satisfied with the all over care from their team… Thank you again for the good service.

Ivanka, Bob, and Karen are AMAZING! I originally drooped my car off to get my bumper fixed. I retrieved my vehicle with a brand new bumper, a nice bath, and an amazing detail on the inside! Also they did me so many solids by replacing a headlight and gave me an extra one and giving me a ride from the shop back home. They took their time with my vehicle to ensure everything went right! I appreciate and trust Caliber with my vehicle!

From the time I walked into caliber collision in Lynnwood Karen customer service rep made me feel at ease during a trying time due to the damage to my truck.. Jose kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle being repaired and the time it would be available, but what really impressed me was that the general manager, Robert Marciniak Actually called to keep me informed..
