I called today to have them fix a small leak in my basement concrete wall. The wall had been sealed before, However, a new leak developed. The crew was sent right out to perform the work. The crew was courteous and efficient. It is good that this company honors their warranty.

I bought a home that was "waterproofed" by this company. The previous owner was in her 90's and passed away from cancer shortly after the work was completed. The basement continued to flood after this work was done. The work was supposed to be guaranteed with a lifetime warranty. The paperwork boasts a BBB certification, being bonded and insured. The work totalled $16,200.The work that was done was factored into the appraised value of the home when I bought it. I paid for this work thinking it was done right. There are seams in the plastic trim around the perimeter of the basement, causing water to pour in during a heavy storm. My basement floods every time it rains. The cellar exit from the basement was removed and apparently sealed with epoxy mortar. The owner of B & F (Jon Bannister) came out after a stern conversation and agreed to do a 1 time courtesy clean-out of the interior drain tile. They completed the work and then the next rain storm I got, instant flood. They told me that since I didn't "transfer the warranty", they will not cover their own work. They also told me that the "lifetime guarantee" does not cover water, only the steel beams that were hacked into place inside the basement.SCAM ARTISTS! This company cost the previous owners and me tons of money. The furnace and water heater needed to be replaced because of the flooding, along with a bunch of my personal belongings that were destroyed because this work was sub-par and not completed as described.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!UPDATE: (SEE EXCAVATION PHOTOS) I hired a respected foundation repair company to fix B&F's terrible job. They excavated the old cellar entrance. B&F just threw all the concrete back in and did not seal the walls where the cellar exit was taken out. He skipped corners and took advantage of the previous owner and now I'M paying for it. Terrible business. Not Honest.

After about a week of leaving messages explaining I was a Realtor looking for an estimate on a property we were under contract on, B&F made an appointment with me and my buyer 7 days in advance. The receptionist told me she would confirm the Friday before our Saturday morning appointment.Fast forward to the Friday before the appointment...It was 1PM so I called them instead. The same receptionist said she couldn't confirm a time because the owner was working and she doesn't call him in the middle of the work day and she would get back to me as soon as she heard back. Fine. I get it. I received a phone call an hour later confirming our appointment for 8am the following morning. I was then told that AN ESTIMATE was going to cost $250.00 because we were not the property owners of the home...yet. Fine. Inspections and reports cost money...I get it, it would have been nice to know that first when I initiated contact and/or the several phone calls we had prior to being told that information so I could prepare my Buyer.Saturday morning rolls around and I receive a phone call at 8:05 saying that my Buyer is not there, they are very busy are not going to wait around and that, "I don't want to work with you". Boy did those words cut.The only reason I reached out to B&F is because after heavy rains in the region, they were literally the only outfit that would make an appointment with me. Thankfully, I have a good relationship with Don's Foundation Repair and Ryan answered his phone on the first try and said he would squeeze my Buyer in because he was going to be in the area today anyway. From the moment I initiated contact with B&F to the moment I was told, "I don't want to work with you" was an incredibly off-putting experience. They seemed annoyed that I wanted to contract them and give them business!Hey, B&F! If you don't like being in a customer service based industry why even bother? If I could give zero stars I would.

I had a couple cracks in my foundation, I called B&F, made an appointment, they showed up a few days later, filled the cracks quickly, didn't leave a mess, and also pointed out an issue I might want to take care of in the future, as well as some mold they suggested I remove. They were quick and easy to deal with, the price was affordable, and they seemed very professional.

This company was paid $18,700 to repair, reinforce and waterproof our basement walls and the work was supposed to come with a lifetime guarantee. Five years later, the basement walls are coming in on themselves and bowing even the steel beams that were installed to keep them straight, we have mold growing from the water in the walls and the epoxy mortar is peeling off the walls. The company came to look at it and said there is nothing wrong with the basement and walked out. Bottom line, they don't stand behind their work and obviously don't do quality work that will last. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is trying to repair or waterproof their foundation.

I hired B & F Foundation Repair because I noticed a gap in my floor. They came out gave me an estimate and I set up the appointment. The two man crew were at my house about 2 hours and seemingly fixed the issue. However, later I noticed gaps in th floor, I had to call back several times before someone returned my call. I was assured by floors were level. I was not convenience. I am not experienced with foundation issues and I was by myself when the work occured. It felt rushed and as a consequence, I am going to have to someone and do the work I already paid for. B&F were supposed to assess my whole house, and provide me with a comprehensive solution. Instead it is now December, I have damage to the other side of my house including some masonary work. I called B& F back again and insisted they check again, they stopped by and now can see that there are more gaps in my floor and offered me another quote for the same cost! I feel very taken advantage of. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.
