Bought the camouflage overalls and needed the built in belt to give me more room for them to fit properly. The CNT team had me send them back and consistently communicated with me about how they could best adjust them to my liking. They returned them to me really quickly with my overalls adjusted just as I requested and now they look absolutely amazing on. I love them so much and can’t wait to wear them out! ???

I sent my items to the wrong address and contacting the customer service email, they were able to help and resend my package to my current address and a fast and professional way. Very much appreciated

Love shopping at Coal -N- Terry! I've been a customer for about a decade or so and have always had a pleasant experience. They've always been so helpful with any questions or concerns I've had throughout the years... They've accepted items I wasn't happy with for store credit evn though their policy states that can't exchange if a coupon code has been used for purchases. They were also willing to fix the hood on one of my jackets I purchased many yrs ago at no cost! Best customer service! I'll be a customer for life! Lol thank u Coal -N- Terry! I appreciate you!!!

Very bad experience, if you are not from the United States they charge you a minimum of 150 euros in taxes for only two pants, but the worst comes now...they sent me one size larger than what I ordered, they answered me saying that it was a mistake, that they sent me that size because yes, the pants were huge for me, they haven't answered my emails in more than 3 months, I don't recommend this brand to anyone in the world, if you make a mistake I can understand it but that way of treating customers without any response it is incredible, I hope I can report them in some way, I will try to report and make comments on all their social networks, the pants will never reach me but I will always complain!! They never respond to bad reviews, only the good ones, but I will also upload photos of their responses when at first they responded to me and told me they would send me my corresponding size!!!

What an amazing company! I typically don’t write reviews, but this company deserves one! The quality and fit of their products are 10 out of 10. And on top of it their customer service team is quick to reply with any issues or questions. In my opinion more clothing companies need to be like Coal & Terry vintage.

KEEP YOUR MONEY!! I REPEAT KEEP YOUR MONEY!! It’s been two weeks and I haven’t received my order! I sent numerous emails, no one has gotten back to me. Somehow I have a tracking number but the post office never received my order! Cardi B’s voice “that’s weird” iykyk. Very slow and unprofessional. I ordered in advance for my event to still end up with nothing. Unbelievable. I hate companies that are all over Instagram everyday but have zero respect for their actual customers. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

I was reluctant to purchase from them due to some of the reviews I’ve seen. I took advantage of their 40 percent off sale thinking I had nothing to lose. I got my order 2 days after my purchase and I am very satisfied with all of my clothes. Their cargos fit so good. A bit pricey but I’ll definitely shop here again.

Placed a order today really nervous after seeing these reviews I will come back with one star or 5 . I sent several emails already to confirm the sizing no response yet ?Update #1 got a tracking # in one day see what happens all items ordered shipped.Update #2 order shipped and to arrive 4/15 will give a final review on the quality. So far no problem or complaints.Final word all items received good quality. I think the one star reviews are from some competition or haters.
