I have mixed reviews. My 2yr old is not being academically challenged and comes home hungry and thirsty everyday. They are not open on time yet they enforce the $1 late fee after 5 pm! I can not say this lack of professionalism is due to the pandemic. I'm just grateful my child was safe during her stay.
