“I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.”

“Started out with a flat tire Monday morning, called them as they were closest and they said air it up and come in, they will fix it. Made it there and while there asked for pricing on new tires. Gave me a very fair price and I went in this morning to get new tires. They didn't charge me for fixing my flat tire since I was coming in for new ones. Love this place and people are wonderful. “New Inner and outer tie rod ends where installed a day prior to visiting for an alignment. They have a charge policy regardless of the vehicle being serviced when you drop off the keys. I was the first customer of the day and expressed my disagreement with their policy. Of course I don't want to pay for anything extra. Service is already pricey enough. I was confident with the new parts that the alignment would occur. Turned out I was wrong. They returned my keys no charge but wasn't able to identify what other parts were worn out. Found out from another shop but content that I didn't have to pay with no service being performed that day. Things to check related to an alignment: Struts, Inner and outer tie rod ends, and / or control arms. 8/16/24”

“Great people and great tire prices, but I was disappointed to find that my lug nuts were severely over-torqued. I checked them with my digital torque wrench, and nearly all of them measured between 200–250 ft-lbs, which is far beyond the recommended specification for my vehicle.
It took a large breaker bar and a lot of effort just to remove them so I could torque them properly. I understand that tire shops need to work quickly, but over-torquing wheels to this extent isn't acceptable. Using torque-limiting extensions or finishing with a calibrated torque wrench would help ensure the wheels are tightened correctly.
I hope the owner sees this review and addresses the issue with the team. Over-torqued lug nuts can damage wheel studs, brake components, and especially aluminum wheels. The service and prices were great otherwise, so I'd like to see this corrected to prevent it from happening to future customers.”
