Ran into a very odd problem and James not only took the time to talk with us he also went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. He then showed us how to fix it ourselves with the part he found we needed online. James was amazing and we will definitely be back after customer.servicw like that!

I went in today to buy some spark plugs and wiper blades. James was the employee that helped me. He was quick with the installation, was helpful, and was very polite. Will definately recommend this Autozone for help!

Sometimes God sends His Angels . . . AutoZone in Lyons, IL, is the GREATEST! My husband's battery was dead and I was blocked in the driveway because his car was in front of mine. My husband is disabled and I was on my own. I needed to get him to his doctor and pick up his meds, but we were stuck. It was 2 degrees outside and I'm out there trying to jump the car on my own. No go! I called AutoZone and spoke with Jackie. I told her my dilemma and she immediately sent James and Felicia out to me to check and change the battery. Unfortunately, it turned out the car still wouldn't start because the starter may also be bad. That's when James and Felicia jumped into action. They cleaned off both cars, scraping the windows free of ice and snow, put my husband's car in neutral and manually pushed his car to the back of the drive, then drove my car around his so we had my vehicle to get to the doctor's appointment. They didn't leave until they were sure I was able to get out of the drive way. They did not have to do this and I don't even know how to express how thankful we are for their help and compassion. God sent us 3 angels today in the form of Jackie, James and Felicia! Thank you God and thank you AutoZone. We will never forget your kindness and will recommend you to everyone we know. You have lifelong customers with us!

Needed My brake lights / bulbs replaced went to A different autozone in lyons, to purchase my bulbs, they couldn't figure out how to replace them, so I headed Further West and so glad that I did. I went in to your AUTOZONE and came across the nicest Sales person. He was able to assist me without a question, went out in 20 degree weather to replace BOTH of my bulbs for my rear brake lights. I definitely think not only did he go out of his way to help me, he was very friendly and personable as well.. Auto Zone needs more stellar, we'll mannered and helpful employees such as him. THANK YOU ETHAN! I truly appreciate your help ! ? you're theee best!

Purchased a clutch kit and paid for shipping to get it sooner, and they cancel my order with out any notification and they was telling me that was going to take another week and no guarantee to get it in a week. Also they charged me double for shipping I notice when I cancel my order and was time to get my refund.
