“I have to say thank you to Tony and his whole team at CARSTAR. This is coming from a 25-year-old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars and had to deal with an insurance claim for the first time ever after someone hit me and wrecked the favorite thing I own. “Fantastic service. Reasons why I will 100% use Bucktown Auto Body again:
- very communicative and easy to work with
- super transparent and fair pricing, although I didn’t have to worry about that since they dealt with insurance directly
- FAST!! Estimated 5 days to repair a damaged front end, ended up only needing two and that included painting (and my car is a unique color)
- did I mention easy to work with? Didn’t try to upsell, was helpful in dealing with insurance and rental car even though that’s not something they had to do, and they were very flexible when I needed to move the service back a few days. Really felt like they go above and beyond for every customer.
Edit: AND they washed and cleaned my car!!!! It was so nice getting back into a spotlessly clean interior and exterior!!!”

“Hidden gem of a glass repair shop. Had a Honda civic windshield replacement and a Mercedes E class windshield re-sealed. They got me in and out right away. Also did notice a little paint chopping off from the side trim. I mentioned it to them and they will get that fixed, I did have to do warranty work for the civic but they got that fixed and taken care of when I mentioned it also”
