This place is horrible for men and boys. If you’re a male don’t ever come here. They have messed me up many times and don’t even give me the right haircut. Most of the people that work here are old ladies and are terrible at cutting men’s hair. They aphid change their name to Dina’s great cuts for women

I’ve never been so appalled by the way a business treats people. The staff at this salon refused to cut the hair of an adult with special needs just because he “doesn’t tip.” Are you kidding me? He’s a human being, not a walking tip jar. Denying someone a basic service because of a tip — which is optional, by the way — is not just greedy, it’s cruel and discriminatory. They clearly have zero understanding or compassion for people with disabilities.
And if that wasn’t enough, an elderly man accidentally passed gas while sitting nearby. It was clearly unintentional and embarrassing for him — and instead of handling it with any kind of maturity, the staff laughed in his face. Loudly. Like bullies in a middle school cafeteria. It was humiliating and flat-out mean.
This place is a disgrace. Unkind, unprofessional, and heartless. Don’t give them a dime — they don’t deserve it. This was my first time at this place and my very last. If I have their bosses number, I would gladly call them.

I do not recommend Dina, my hair fell out after highlights with her. I have been coming here for many years. Every time was a great experience, Until my last appointment. I tried Dina for the first time (the owner) all my hair fell out after she did my highlights. I told her “wow you’re doing this really fast normally it takes hours.” All my hair broke off after seeing her, I was left with only 4 inches in some areas and my hair is overall very thin. In the past Suzie and Ellie did my hair with no problems. This has never happened to me, my hair is ruined and I have been very sad over my hair the last few months. I can’t even wear my hair down bc there’s nothing left it’s very thin and stringy. I will never go back to Dina; she did a rush, chop shop job on my hair. I didn’t notice the day of bc it was blown out but over the next few days my hair kept falling out and I realized how I’ve lost like 50% of my hair. Dina is supposed to be an expert, a professional. She knows what she did to my hair was wrong.

Got a BAD haircut and terrible customer service. Combs are not in disinfectant. Staff are not professional!

When I first walked in I was greeted by Jazmin, who was friendly and professional. I stated to her what I was looking for and she said she could provide the root touch-up, I was in need of. She was very detailed with her work and kept checking up on me to make sure I was comfortable while we waited. If I could give her more stars I would. I recommend Jazmin, you will not be disappointed.

My go to place for hair cuts. I am a no nonsense #3 guard up the back and sides, scissor cut on top and fade to blend. The prices have gone up…to like $12. But when I started going there in 2017 it was $9. Primarily Spanish speaking staff, but my brother speaks no Spanish and has never had a problem. Me? I like to practice my limited Spanish.
