Already not liking this new old national bank. I have been on hold for almost 2 hours and I still haven’t gotten help. when i thought someone was going to help me they just transferred me again and im still waiting.

Terrible customer service. Instead of assisting in person, they send you back to their horrid customer service line (which sent me into the bank in the first place). I absolutely do not recommend banking with First Midwest Bank and can not wait to switch banks.

If I could put a negative star I would. The only thing they can say is I am sorry for the inconvenience. When they did the inconvenience. I want my money out today and they will not release the funds. They are the worst banking I have ever done business with

I sent my deposit through at the drive-up. I was starting to wonder if they were closed because no one bothered with me. After about 5 minutes I hit the call button and finally someone made my deposit. It shouldn't take close to 10 minutes for a quick deposit.

I love my bank. They have been kind and understanding when I went through a long unemployment. These people take the time to know you. Not just a name to them, they are concerned about their customers.

Long lines spent 10 minutes waiting in line since they have no tellers
