The service advisor Jason, was good and patient. The repair itself was good too, the timing was not bad based on the strike and delays with getting parts. Only downfall was the fact that they don’t offer loaner cars. With my warranty, and cost of enterprise, i paid more out of pocket than i had planned which stinks. Overall, customer service was good.

My visit to the Chevrolet dealership to purchase my first car was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff at the dealership made it an exceptional experience in every way possible.From the moment I stepped into the showroom, their warm welcome and genuine eagerness to assist made me feel right at home. They had an extensive knowledge of the cars and took the time to showcase its impressive features and capabilities. The sales team was incredibly patient and attentive, Kevin Flynn and Roberto Rios were professional ,addressing all my questions and concerns with expertise. Kevin was incredibly helpful, and patient with me through the entire process of looking at, talking numbers on, and putting me into a new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. Straightforward and competitive pricing, courteous, efficient (fast), no games (no waiting, extra fees, etc), responsive (car needed a few scratches buffed out). Thanks!

Buyer beware!! I would never return to this dealer to purchase or for service. I came in with my own financing and did not approve a credit pull for alternative lenders. I found out a week later they did it anyway; thus impacting the number of hard pulls on my credit score. I have filed a dispute with each bureau about that and filed a complaint with the State of Illinois as I believe this constitutes fraudulent activity. Two of the three bureaus agree. Additionally, I was sold a vehicle with known safety issues with the parking brake. The brake issue was repaired by Jack Phelan but resulted in another issue with the fuel line which Jeremy the Service Manager refused to repair even after staff acknowleded it was an issue. I was also told they put new tires and brakes on the vehicle. Tires yes, brakes no so I had to pay for brakes and thr repair to the fuel line - each of which the dealer was either responsible for resolving or lied and said they completed.I would caution anyone from shopping here and be aware you are taking an unnecessary risk in doing so. There are simply too many honest dealers out there to settle for this way of dealing with consumers.

Jason at Service, where I'm getting front struts replaced. Super customer service Jason gives. Jason ensured a ride home for me because Enterprise Rent-a-car didn't have a car for me to rent. Since I needed extra parts to complete the strut job, Jason accommodated me a safe ride home and picked me back up on returning to the dealership. I'm proud of Jason for making me feel safe. Jack Phelan Chevy is a good place to come for service.

I took my car to have two valves changed since the computer was throwing code P0014 and P0013, an autozone gave me these codes, they showed me the parts, I decided to take it to this chevrolet agency because they are supposed to have qualified technicians to do this type of repairs in any chevlolet, I did not want to take it with my regular mechanic since the parts that they had to change are in a very delicate area. When I received my car at this chevrolet agency, the service advisor even though I told her what problem my car had and I needed to replace the two valves, she told me that I had to do a diagnosis before doing the job, it seemed excellent to me, after 1 hour 45 minutes he tells me that he needs to replace the two valves that I had already told him, indicating that the repair would cost approximately $500.00 dollars, I told him go ahead and do the work, about 30 minutes later he tells me that the valve had to be changed air filter since it was very dirty I replied change it too, I return after 39 minutes saying your car is now, I leave the invoice in the box and proceed to pay the cost. I was going home leaving the agency and I noticed that the engine had a loud noise and it was shaking a lot. This was on August 3, 24. When I got home I spoke to the advisor who attended me, telling me that this was something else. I answered my car when I put it in for repair, it was not shaking, miss, and she gave me a new appointment to make a new diagnosis on August 8, I returned to this agency and they told me that everything was fine that nothing was visible and I did not throw away her car. I scanned no code, I left the invoice at the cash desk at no cost, but my car continued to have the problem of the engine shaking, I went to her and told her how is it possible for her to give me my vehicle like this if I did not have it like this until you They got their hands on it, this repair that you did to my car with my regular mechanic charged me $250.00 dollars but as I repeat, I decided to spend more with a certified chevrolet mechanic. I WILL NEVER TAKE IT TO THIS AGENCY FOR REPAIR AGAIN ( JACK PHELAN CHEVROLET ) . I do not recommend it, the terrible job of her mechanics.

Bought a 2015 Malibu LTZ from here. It is now 2023 and the car is 8 years now with only 63,000 miles. Car was running a little rough so I took it to get looked at and it turns out I need a new transmission on a 63,000 mile Chevy. The service department suggested I trade it in, of course right? I called the 1800 number for Chevy and all they kept saying the car has no warranty due to the years not miles. MILES ruin transmissions not time. A Chevy transmission giving out at 63k miles? Don't buy Chevy, don't recommend Chevy.
