“I came in today because I had juat purchased a portable washing machine for my new apartment that doesn't have laundry. I should have done more research on the water connection pieces, as thwre is not a functional adapter for my extendable kitchen sink hose.
Anyways, even though there isnt a part to help me here - the employee I spoke with (Adam) was absolutely and genuinely trying to find other work around for my dilemma. When I walked up and he approached, I was put of breath from health issues and nerves so I stumbled a bit and trying to explain the purpose of my visit. I have worked and been a customer for years and knowing this was likely a fruitless effort - Adam again was patient and honestly just a salt of the earth, willing to help and was concerned about my plumbing issue to go so far as to again try to think of other things I could do to have to not return a 3 cubic ft washing machine to Amazon. Most recently we worked with Irene, who helped us get our kitchen, office and bathroom countertops measured and installed super quickly. I started my renovation project at Studio 41 near Merchandise Mart (near my job) and in Lincolnwood (near nothing) and while the team in Lincolnwood was MUCH nicer than the folks on Hubbard (it wouldn't take much) there wasn't nearly the responsiveness and pricing transparency that I got at Ferguson. I was initially very overwhelmed by by master bath rehab- Sarah was easy to work with and worked well with my contractor to replace a Kohler tub that arrived with minor damage. “Originally went to Home Depot. Prices were outrageous. Was referred to Bison's for kitchen cabinets. My husband and I were astonished by the pricing. Not only was the price reasonable, David totally redesigned our kitchen. David created a more functional design for us.We ordered the maple rye cabinets by Waypoint. They are simply gorgeous and phenomenal quality. However, there was one problem which does not change the 5 stars. One set of cabinets measurements were transposed. We had to wait almost two weeks for the correct size cabinets to be delivered. Dave personally took care of this occurrence. Dave's professionalism goes far and beyond. He provided a portfolio of the new design which was awesome. Thanks David for everything!”

One of the consultants, Joshua, was kind enough to answer my questions and explained my inquiries. Some of the items are on sale which is a plus.”
