  Be careful they park these cars so close to the dock 33 so you hit them from the blind spot cant see them when u backing and is very tight probably wanna make some money from insurance is easy to blame truckers 😁

  A bit of a wait at the door one major thing that makes zero sense is them taking ur drivers license I figured they can make a copy but they hold it until ur done with ur pickup expect to be here for about 3 hours a little tight especially when drivers are parked randomly on the fence line for no reason as ur trying to back in making ur job alot harder

  I had a very bad experience with this company. When I first went to the office near door 29, they told me to go to another office where “Shipping/Receiving” was written. Inside, it was very crowded and noisy, and it was hard to hear properly.
  
  When I went to the other office near door 34, the staff acted like they were too tired of their job. They didn’t care to help me and seemed to work only for themselves, not for the truck drivers. As drivers, we are already tired and often sleepless, and this kind of behavior makes the job even harder.
  
  I really didn’t like this place, and I never want to come back here again.

  People are friendly, but they should have driver's drop their trailers and bobtail to the back a d wait while loading. Tight place.

  Backing isnt bad if you know what your doing.....office girl is very direct....no personality at all...and they do keep your CDL thst i don't like!! Make a copy put it on file...that doesn't to change...ither than tharshow up 15 min early for 5 pm ..got door rite away and loaded rite away

  What can I say it’s a suburb outside of Chicago but it’s still feel like you’re downtown Chicago tight tight tight overnight parking is in the back,lookout staff park everywhere people walk everywhere just be careful. I don’t know how there’s not more fist fights or the police don’t get Call more often because of all the bs getting in and out of this place.💯✌🏿

  Arrived around 3:45 for 7 am appointment. Parked in back as instructed. Checked in right before 7:00, got a door right away. Easy enough with no trucks here yet. Got me loaded pretty quick. Out by 7:35

  As a previous comments said, extremely tight docks. Blind side backing. Bring your CDL, trailer number, phone number. You will get your CDL back with the BOL after loading gets completed.
  Warning, be very careful, two of receiving office girls are very cute, but don’t get caught on their cuteness, they are very rude.
  Give your information, don’t ask questions and don't say hi bye or thank you, it will make them more angry. They are not respectful and always not happy to see you. Probably business owner hired them only for their cuteness, and ignored their ignorance. I am picking up load from them now more than a year, and treatment is the same as every time I come here. They are not happy to see me, and as so I am not happy to see them either.

  Good service here but they really need more space. Drivers spend half their time jockeying for position to get in to a door or to make room so someone else can get to a door
