Was able to get my Ice machine serviced before we opened up shop the next day which was crucial for business…John C showed up and was able to complete the job in a timely manner…Service with a smile…Also gave me some pointers to help prevent the issue from happening again!!!

Unvetted driver. Inconsistent/hazardous driving techniques. Box truck lift gate- didn't spot any numbers on the truck. Speeding up slowing down, tailgating, crossing over solid yellow. Couldn't tell if distracted or unrested but regardless very hazardous.

This company is awful. I call for a month to get someone to come out and quote me on replacing my gaskets on my cooler doors. No one ever came out or called me to schedule a time. Ghosted me. Do not use this company for anything Awful customer service. The guy that answers the phone is useless. Gives you the run around and never helps you. Open since 1942, they should close their doors if this is how they treat people.

I own a restaurant. Their technicians are knowledgeable but this company is horrible. They want to charge $1,100 to replace a spring and thermostat on a range. They don't answer their phone during business hours and let it go to voicemail. They don't return calls, either even when you give them your cell phone. Then the technicians lie and say they are ordering a part and they will be in to install install it in 2 days and then I get an email from their department with the revised quote of over a thousand dollars and they then said they can't schedule it for another week. They said they are too busy with schools. Well obviously this company is run terrible and they don't don't understand independent restaurants nor even care. Us being down for a few days can significantly hurt our business and cause us to be unprofitable. I also asked them for a quote on a PM plan and for over 3 weeks they said they would send someone out to look at our equipment and give us a quote. None of that happened. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Even the owner was copied on emails. Do you think he could even lift the phone to make a call. He's probably out of the office for the summer too. Ridiculous, horrible management!

I HAD A ISSUE WITH A TOASTER THE COMBEYER BELT IS SLOWIND DOWN SO I CALLED THEM EXPLAIN THE ISSUE AND THEY CAME PRETY FAST SAME DAY BUT THEY CHRAGE ME $252.75 JUST TO TELL ME WHAT I ALREADY KNEW ABOUT MY TOASTER THEN IF I WANTED TO FIX IT I HAD TO GET PARTS AND LABOR THEY CHARGE SERVISE CALL FOR SO I PAID THAT FOR NOTHING AND CHARGE $120.00 SERVICE CALL AND $123.00 FOR THE TRUCK AS WELL BUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED, IF THEY HAD TOLD ME I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THERE SERVICE AT ALLService: Stove, cooktop & oven repair
