“I recently moved into my new apartment with the help of All My Sons Moving, and overall I had a great experience. Jeremy and Luis were absolutely amazing — incredibly hardworking, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They handled my belongings with care and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
My only complaint is the cost of wrapping the furniture, which ended up being much higher than I expected. I understand this pricing is out of the crew’s control, but it’s something future customers should be aware of.
That said, Jeremy and Luis truly went above and beyond, and their excellent service made a big difference. I really appreciated their effort and would recommend them based on the quality of their work.”

We moved during bad weather conditions and they were very conscientious about keeping the floors well covered. They treated our furniture and belongings with the utmost care. They also helped pack our dishes and they did a great job. Nothing broke. The crew we worked with and the person managing the crew were all great and very helpful. We also had someone come prior to the move to review our belongings and to give us a quote based on what they saw. The quote was very accurate. There were no hidden costs. In sum, I highly recommend New City. Great work and very reasonable cost.”

I understand Jannah doesn't have the dispatch information and their system gives more value to Dispatch communicating directly with the customer to uncover their needs, but I missed Jannah so much.
She is the kindest person I have ever spoke to.”

“Best movers ever!! Mauro and his team were so quick, efficient, and easy to work with. It was my first time using movers and Mauro answered all of my many questions, provided an accurate quote, and then even arrived early! They even offered to help bring stuff to my mom's car. I used a pod moving service and they were able to pack all of my things into the container with expert spacial reasoning skills. (If I tried to do it on my own, it would have taken me hours compared to their super quick speed.) The quality of their work is very high and their prices are super budget friendly. I would absolutely hire them again if I was still in Chicago. They're also independently owned and operated, so it was great to support a local small business.”

The process couldn’t be easier: submit a form and payment online, receive a confirmation email once approved, get a call when the delivery driver is on the way, and receive another confirmation email when the boxes are picked up. I also appreciate having two full weeks to pack and unpack. The concept is so much better than using cardboard boxes. Highly recommend!”
