Went in looking for a new upright vacuum something better than a Dyson. Donald helped me pick out an upright vacuum that was perfect for my needs and functional to use. Plus I get the benefit of supporting a small local business that can fix my vacuum if it breaks. Was sold a Titan T3600.

Oreck of Lyons was a life saver. My Oreck had a minor problem. Within 30 min of my call I took it in. The workers/ owners were very professional and explained exactly what the problem was. I picked it up the next day. I definitly will tell my family and friends about this honest wonderful experience. See you soon for the tune up!

Took my vacuum to this shop and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service from tony , not only was he knowledgeable about my questions I had but did a quick and amazing job of getting me in and out. Truly a hidden Jem ??

I had a Hoover that was just over 5 years old and the switch stopped flipped to turn on/off. I brought my own part and Tony fixed it in like 15 minutes. Much cheaper than a new vac. Tony made it so easy. Highly recommend!!
