I would highly recommend their services. They were very responsive, were able to get my piano delivered the next day after inquiring, and provided competitive pricing. The day they picked up my piano they provided updates for ETA. Once arrived, they were extremely careful and professional with dropping off the piano.

Piano Moving World transported our family heirloom piano from Northern MI to the Chicago suburbs in ONE day. They were incredibly professional and dedicated to the care and keeping of our piano, and wanted to deliver it same day to avoid overnight storage in the cold. Very communicative, professional, and quick to respond and schedule. They took very good care of moving 100+ year old piano several hours away, providing updates during the drive. They provided advice on appropriate caster cups for hardwood floors. They were careful not to damage the piano, house, or floors. Very happy with the services provided. Thank you!

Called me twice at 8pm to change my moving time up by an hour. Which I did They damaged my piano and when the piece came off he said “nothing we can do now”The music staff on the piano could have been removed and not damaged at all.I wish I would have read the owners responses to the 1 star reviews before doing business. Which I’m sure he will write something on this review.Find a different piano mover.

Just had a great experience with piano moving world. They picked up a piano that I purchased from someone on FB marketplace and moved it to my house. Getting a quote was super easy and fast. They were extremely responsive, able to work around both of our schedules and safely got the piano to my house. Would highly recommend. Also, very nice!

The owners of Piano Moving World handled the moving of our family piano with speed and care. I was able to schedule my move within a week. And they were so quick with the wrapping of the piano and getting it on the truck! I was very impressed.
