After five years at Village Children’s Academy, this daycare has become like family to us. From the very beginning, the front office staff (Beth, Jenn, and Jovanna) have been nothing short of amazing. They are always accommodating, attentive to specific requests, and truly do everything possible to keep the school running smoothly while making families feel supported and cared for.

Over the years, we’ve had so many incredible teachers who have helped shape our sons’ experiences, and we are so grateful for each of them (shoutout to Ms Pat, Ms. Esmerelda, Ms. Randy, Ms. Drea, Mr. Nick and so many more). Most recently, Ms. Becca and Ms. Jackie have rounded out our time at VCA and constantly went above and beyond to make learning magical and memorable.

Ms. Becca starts every morning with the warmest attitude that immediately makes both kids and parents feel welcomed and comfortable. Her positivity is contagious and sets the tone for a great day.

Ms. Jackie is truly one of a kind. She doesn’t miss a single detail and fully commits to every classroom theme and somehow always brings her creative visions to life. She even relieves that “mom guilt” by creating experiences that many of us wish we had time to pull off ourselves. Like grinch day and making sure the leprechaun came to cause chaos in the classroom on St. Patrick’s Day. The kids absolutely love it.

Together, Ms Becca and Ms. Jackie create such thoughtful and imaginative pretend play stations (our family favorite was the Costco setup), and the art projects are truly above and beyond. These and the memories are the kinds of keepsakes we will cherish forever. One thing that especially touched us was how they picked out individualized Christmas gifts for each student based on their personal interests, such a thoughtful and personal gesture that speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care for every child.

We are incredibly grateful for the love, creativity, and dedication this school pours into its students every single day. VCA has given our family so many special memories, and we could not recommend them more. We’ll be sad to end our time over the next couple of days, but are so thankful for the warmth we felt through the phone on my very first call with Beth the director that solidified our decision before we even had the chance to visit the school five years ago.”

“we went there to check out some softball but the facility is really nice. Fields looked well taken care of. The grounds were clean... really nice brick walkway through the middle of it. The restrooms were clean too. I was there at the height of cicada 2024 and the noise was relentless.”

The staff has always been very good with both our children. Leadership has always been very good at keeping us posted of any changes that may have occurred, or handled a problem in a professional manner. We have always appreciated the service of them walking the children to school in the morning, and picking them up in the afternoon. “We can't speak highly enough of this daycare. The staff and teachers at North Elston Kindercare have been so kind and flexible. They were accommodating from day one for our child's socioemotional needs -- our occupational therapist who visits our child at school speaks very highly of them too. On top of the learning and care our family receives here, they plan a ton of fun activities like bubble parties, soccer, and water days. Our child comes home happy and talks about her friends and teachers all the time!”

“We love love love the toddler class for our 20month old! The teachers are kind, caring, energetic, resourceful, and compassionate. I know my child is in great hands when I drop them off for the day! My child is always excited when I drop them off at school and in a good mood when I pick them up. I really love all of the updates and videos that I get throughout the day & love the updates they give me when I pick my child up. The teachers in the toddlers room sometimes swap with the 2s room so I feel connected to my child's next teachers as well. I highly recommend trusting this bustling & well run facility to care for your child!”

My son always had such a great time at daycare and learning. They also made him feel so comfortable. From going from being afraid of being apart from each other, to waves/kisses goodbye in the window as I walked to my car for work, to now him giving me quick hugs and ready to run off and play ? just shows how much this daycare has helped both of us grow. “Daylight Learning Center is a diverse daycare that strive to prepare your child/children for the next education journey. The commitment and dedication I witnessed from the staff and core teachers for each grade level was incredible. My son was born during the pandemic so he lacked social skills and struggled breaking out his shell in the beginning at Daylight. Ms. Valerie, Ms. Tracy, Ms. Ashanti and Ms. Lanya did not give up on my son despite his challenges he encountered throughout his journey. Having a support system like this is vital for parents! Today as he said his goodbyes, he said he almost cried as everyone sang the farewell song. Being able to express his feelings so openly now versus from the beginning of is journey shows just how much effort and dedication Daylight community impacted him. “We were searching for a Russian speaking daycare with great food options for our child and Children's Land caught our eye. Even though there is no Russian speaking group in this location, my child's language skill improved so much due to listening to Ukrainian and practicing Russian at home. The child adjusted nicely to the daycare and made so many friends there. There are different activities for kids every day, including singing, painting and dancing. Honestly, couldn’t be happier ?”

“This is an overdue review, but I know I needed to share! We were only with the Whipple location for two months (September-November 2025) while we waited to a seat to open at a closer Concordia Place location. I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my 2 month old, but the teachers and staff at Whipple were amazing. In particular, Ms. Kristen and Ms. Cha’Nay treated my baby like their own. They genuinely seemed to love her. We seriously contemplated staying at this location because of how great they were, but couldn’t justify commute. All of this to say, we highly recommend the staff and facilities at Whipple!”

“I love my Kindercare. I moved here 2-3 months ago and it has been the best decision of my life. My children are in a focused environment and learning so much in such little time. They have given my daughter more structure in her classroom setting and more language as she develops. My son has more language and he loves his teachers.
