Girls are so busy and concentrated on their Karol g concert and just taking care of business on their phone which is more important than costumer service.. never coming to this store again.

Terrible location! I went in at 6:40 to swap a defective phone and initiate a "smart switch" which I have done ON MY OWN and somehow I was able to do it to 100%. I was initially told it would take a half hour but it was somehow miraculously finished in 15 mins. Furthermore, without confirming that I had 100% of my files they deleted my old phone and sent me off. I within 2 mins of leaving was able to tell that I was missing VALUBLE pictures from friends and family I have lost down to precious text messages that I will NEVER get back. I backed up said information but given that the phone I had was defective, it apparently never worked. In an attempt to get some semblance of what I lost or at least some answers as to why this happened, I was met with what Tmobile always does, I got bounced around between 3 people only to be told that they were sorry and there was nothing that could be done. When I asked if there was some sort of compensation or how I could complain to ACTUALLY have something done I was given a P.O. Box address and was told I had to write them... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!! THIEVES who don't CARE about their customers!

Terrible service by Jacqueline. She lied about charges related to us adding a couple of devices to our account. Even when asked repeatedly, she lied knowing that her previous store would close and we would be unable to complain.

I have always had a great experience at this location..yesterday Andres and Iris and the other young lady w the beautiful longs locks were super nice and friendly,knowledgeable and helpful, made the purchase/transaction super easy! Highly recommend ?

Wow I pulled up there at 4 pm today(closes at 5) the door was locked. I saw an employee in the back room sitting down so I knocked, she looked at me and then turned around and hid in back! I called and she just didn’t pick up. Unbelievable! Makes me wanna leave T-Mobile forever

Seems like each time I walked in or called this location with questions regarding T-Mobile equipment, they didn’t want the hassle of dealing with it. Each time, pushing it off to the “store manager”, then, after asking further questions, the response was almost always repeated, ” um, you can go ahead and talk to the store manager about that.“… I can go ahead and do a lot of things, but definitely trying to feel like a customer who’s concerns are being handled with respect or interest, wouldn’t be one of them.

Jocelyn is awesome! Just stopped by my t-mobile store in Lyons on Harlem. I was having a problem with my phone. She immediately saw the problem and not only walked me through the solution but ensured the process was completed. All this while helping the Customer who was in front of me. Jocelyn was on the phone with Customer Service for her. Then 3 other Customers walked up for their Tuesday special promo gift. So you know Jocelyn helped them immediately. All this while smiling and upbeat. What a pleasure she was!

Was just at the Tmobile stores at both North Riverside and 3859 S Harlem. The N Riverside store was sold out of the phone we wanted and the associate located the phone at store #2. Got to store #2 and had a great experience. Can't complain about Tmobile in store service this time. All associates were helpful, patient and professional.

I was at this store on Wednesday 8/3. I was switching phones from Android to iPhone. Maritza kindly helped me . Transferring all my data from one phone to another was a lengthy complicated process. Maritza was patient and professional at all times even while attending other customers while taking care of my request. Rogelio was also there and he kindly assisted to complete my data transfer process. Both of the Maritza & Rogelio provided outstanding customer service and conducted themselves with a professional and helpful attitude.

The customer service here is amazing. I used to go to the one on Cicero Ave, in the O'Reilly Auto Parts plaza, but they were always busy and seemed to have an attitude. Ana here helped us out. She was very informative and patient. She explained our bills and answered any questions we had. Will definitely come back!
