This is by far my favorite nail place I have LITERALLY ever been to. Kevin is amazing with pedicures and the staff has always been very kind. Prices are unbeatable in Evanston area!!

Very bad attention to detail, they take on multiple clients all the time, they left me sitting for 40 min to take off my no chip while she waxed someone else. Yet my nails came out crooked I was there for 3 hours shouldn't of taken them no more than an hour. I had no time to correct the issue went back and for them to simply file my nails straight, mind you no one was waiting I was told it was a 40 min wait. I've been going here for a long time off and on that was the last straw. Never again.

Took my niece to get her nails done for the first time and let me just say we weren’t happy with the service she received. Her nail tech didn’t understand what she wanted even after we showed her a picture how she wanted her nails. My niece wanted gel nails with a little glitter on them ( not hearts or butterflies included in the glitter which by the way that’s what she got ??♀️) second, she never asked for powdered color(which by the way is more expensive) this was very upsetting because she never asked for this. I felt like they just wanted to over charge us for this service. I just can’t believe it came out to $80 specially when her nails were very very short. She never asked for this powered color which we know made the price go up. My niece simply wanted a soft pink gel color with glitter on it. The price was way to high for short gel nails. I’ve taken my older niece to get her nails done at different location which by the way she gets them long and also gel with designs it doesn’t even come out to $80.

I recently had the most dreadful experience at this salon. During an eyebrow waxing session. The staff member who attended to me clearly had no experience or expertise in this area. As a result, my eyebrows were left uneven and excessively thin, completely ruining my natural look. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed at this salon. I strongly advise against visiting Tia Nails for any beauty treatments, especially eyebrow waxing, as the poor quality of their service and unskilled staff will only lead to disastrous results. It was evident from the moment the waxing began that the worker was unsure and lacked confidence in their technique. They seemed to be guessing their way through the process, which left me feeling extremely uneasy.

Don’t recommend this place at all! They are rude and don’t know how to paint nails.She missed the entire bottom of my toe nail and left them patchy.

Extremely rude and overcharged for a polish change. I have NEVER paid $41 for a polish change anywhere. On top of that there’s several polish gaps throughout my nails. I don’t even trust them to go back and get it fixed. I just won’t be back.

I went to get my eyebrows done and they messed them up, one was cut further in than the other and one had a higher arch, there solution to fix it was cutting it more even though it would have been even more uneven. Once I asked for my money back they got upset.
