Beyond the worst workers here in all the neighborhood. The owner, which is the person that it's right next to where you pay has such a stick up his ass like you owe him something at the end of the day when you go for a service and you pay a lengthy amount of money you expect for that service to be apar. everything and then after you ask him something, he wants to speak in his native language to everybody, and then look at you how disrespectful and ignorant do not waste your money. Here you will be sitting without them even speaking to you or asking you anything I was a loyal customer for years, he questioned the reasoning and why I wanted to take off a nail. I told this man I had pressure in my finger because we use the short nail and he wanted to come out with a meas tape. Try to embarrass in front of people at the end of the day and he should be removing the nail and replacing it. That's what a real loyal technician would have done. and yes, my name is Jasmine.!!

Very bad attention to detail, they take on multiple clients all the time, they left me sitting for 40 min to take off my no chip while she waxed someone else. Yet my nails came out crooked I was there for 3 hours shouldn't of taken them no more than an hour. I had no time to correct the issue went back and for them to simply file my nails straight, mind you no one was waiting I was told it was a 40 min wait. I've been going here for a long time off and on that was the last straw. Never again.

I recently had the most dreadful experience at this salon. During an eyebrow waxing session. The staff member who attended to me clearly had no experience or expertise in this area. As a result, my eyebrows were left uneven and excessively thin, completely ruining my natural look. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed at this salon. I strongly advise against visiting Tia Nails for any beauty treatments, especially eyebrow waxing, as the poor quality of their service and unskilled staff will only lead to disastrous results. It was evident from the moment the waxing began that the worker was unsure and lacked confidence in their technique. They seemed to be guessing their way through the process, which left me feeling extremely uneasy.

Everytime I go it's a great experience I usually have Mike do my nails because he literally gives a great massage in my hands.

Don't waste your money coming here, EVEN if it's your last resort. New owners by the way, this isn't Lisa's business anymore. I've never gotten my nails done by nail technicians that don't compare the other hand and shape them evenly, this is the second time they do this and I had to tell them to make them the same size. How are they not comparing sizes ? My acrylics were taken off and the tech left them SO THIN that three of my real nails broke 5 days after. I've had my real nails for 4 months without any issues until I got them at Tia nails. This place needs to train the nail techs again or charge less because they do not provide quality service.

Tia nails is such a great place to get your nails done. It's also very affordable! I love how T does my nails, he is very gentle. Although I've gotten my nails done by everyone in that salon and never had a problem with it. Definitely recommend !

The guy that did my nails did a horrible job on my pedicure. The bottom of my feet felt rough and peeling afterwards. And the very next day my nails were peeling and chipped and they weren't even painted fully! I came in to have them fixed (mind you I'm pregnant and also came in with my son) he began to yell and say I was "crazy" and that he would fix it but to never come back. (Which I wasn't planning on coming after the experience I had). He was rude and swearing at me in front of other customers and well as in front of my son.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SET I'VE EVER HAD. It's been two weeks, and though my nails are dwindling not bulky, they're strong. I'll continue to return to this place, as they are kind, considerate, and do such a great job!! Not even one nick with the file. Perfection. ❤

I am very picky with my nails, my husband always complains that I go very far to go get my nails done, having this place next-door they did an incredible job. I will definitely be returning to this place. great prices, great environment, excellent service.

Wow, the service was so bad. I live in the area and wanted to try this spot. I did a wax and the wax was so hot. I got burned in 2 spots.. what kind of place is this Check the wax before you put it on someone face..

Temperature check and paper work to sign before service. Clean and packaged nail supplies that are disposed of after each client. Nice quaint and convenient nail shop.
