This is the worst pharmacy that I've ever dealt with. When I transferred a prescription to this location I stopped receiving notifications from the Walgreen app. When I asked the pharmacy manager why, and what happened, I was greeted with a blank stare.If you have a prescription that your life depends upon, take it somewhere else. These fools will get it wrong and leave you in the lurch.

Worst pharmacy on the face of the planet!!! They don’t process prescriptions and they won’t anyswe! And then maybe if their pharmacist isnt on break they might get it to you!

It seems like no-one works here. Team- members seem like they don’t want work there. The environment is horrible, depressing. Some of the shelf’s are empty and their aren’t restocked at all.

CONNIE THE “PHARMACIST” IS THE RUDEST!!! This is the worst pharmacy ever! Walgreens just hires anyone to fill in a spot and a “pharmacist”hanging up on me while I’m looking for my 6 year old prescription her name is Connie and is very unprofessional. How can a person like her be trusted with patients medication she’s careless and rude she shouldn’t be working at something she doesn’t like to do. On top that they never answer she has the audacity to say “well I’m answering right now” when my doctor has been trying to reach this pharmacy all day today. She needs to be retrained or removed.

This place is terrible with trying to reach the pharmacy. They keep picking up the phone and hanging it back up to put it on hold. What kind of service is that?! The pharmacy needs some serious looking into. Unprofessional and rude, haven't met a pharmacy where they are always out of prescriptions,drive thru around the corner and staff that's ignorant like this place is

Zero stars if possible. It's almost criminal how poorly this pharmacy is run, I'm sure I'm far from the only one who goes without their medication due to the ongoing incompetency of their staff. I get my controlled substance medication through tele-health, which cannot be transferred, so I have no choice but rely on whenever they feel like answering the phone which is NEVER. I have logged several hours between yesterday and today waiting to get my medication, each time I was either disconnected or had waited too long and had to hang up to tend to other things in my life... When you call they initially connect you to a call center with a "pharmacy tech" to appease you I suppose, then you will be sent to the 7th circle of Muzak call hold for up to half an hour where you will then be disconnected. Has happened sooner in the multiple times I've called in the past couple days in the vain attempt to get my prescription refilled (again, it's tele-health so they don't get auto-filled, I have to call and go through this absolute nonsense) This is a years long pattern with no indication of changing, I will definitely be switching pharmacies. Not that they give a shit.

This location is ridiculous. Something as picking up a ship to store order from Walgreens is a task that requires multiple team members and a manager. Contacted customer service just to have what I tried to explain to the store repeated.Was told I’d have to contact another department to have them call the store and speak to the store on my behalf. For what? To tell them about their own policies that a customer is aware of and they aren’t? All this for a $7 order? Understaffed and incompetent.

Would give 0 if possible. My mom was sick and made a 10AM appointment for today 7/22. Their software EPIC wasn’t working so they saw whoever they wanted in whatever order. After waiting my mom STILL was not called. Then after being told to make another appointment one was made at 12:45 after insinuating my mom never made an appoint in the first place and that she wasn’t at fault. Very rude staff at the care center. DO NOT GO HERE. All they care about is collecting $$Oh not to mention Doctor walked in late and was probably behind and that’s why she cancelled reserved appointments/ system was “down”.

I have called this Walgreens pharmacy on several occasions and am put in hold hell each time ending with me being disconnected. I don't know how the other Walgreens work, but it seems the management would rather anger their customers than to pay staff to take the calls.

This has got to be the slowest Walgreens ever. Even picking up a simple prescription involves waiting for at least twenty minutes. Plus they never answer the phone so you can't even tel if the script is ready. I think they must be chronically understaffed.Update: aaand they lost another prescription for my sick child. How can any pharmacy be this bad?

Absolutely terrible pharmacy!!! If I could give zero stars, I would! I've been going to this store for over 20 years, but no longer! I should have seen the already terrible reviews and not gone. Stay away! Find another!

Just HAD to post a review about the employees at this Lyons store...especially Jasmine. She was absolutely wonderful...she went above and beyond to help me with finding the right product for my son...Future management material for sure!!!
