If you want to feel like a product on an assembly line than this is your place. If you want to be heard and treated like a human being then avoid this place at all costs! Not only was I not listened to about the pain my broken tooth was giving me, I was humiliated and treated like I was not important at all. I left in even more pain and with the same issue I had walking in. There was not one ounce of compassion in the entire 2 hour visit I had. They only care about money. They had no issues taking my insurance for the money and leaving me feeling overwhelmed, in even more pain, and more self conscious about myself then I already was feeling. I have never had a worse experience than this. Save yourself your time and dignity and don't bother going here. Pretty sure the medical creed is first do no harm and they did not display one ounce of that. I left feeling worse about myself and in more pain. I cannot stress enough how horrible this experience was for me.

My gf went there to get a tooth pulled. She had only 1 shot of lidocaine, was given only an Rx for antibiotics and nothing for pain management afterwards. Her body was in such a state of shock from all the pain, she barely made it home. Luckily I am trained enough in first aid to recognize what was going on and addressed her health. I was able to get her stable enough to not need a trip to the hospital ER. I would give them zero stars, they wanted to make money, not care for a patient.Edit:// aspen called my gf, to bully her into taking down her bad review. They did nothing again for her care just to remove a bad review.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place!! DO NOT GO HERE! I have never had so many problems with an establishment ever in my life. First I try to call to verity my appointment 4 different times at all different times of day. Then when I go in the office and ask about it they tell me “the phones were on sleep mood all day”. Second I just got my wisdom teeth removed from there which they tried to double bill me for. When I asked what the charge was for the receptionist said “I don’t know that’s just what it shows on my screen”. I was bambuzooled… Luckily I had all the receipts and documentation to prove it. While waiting they are so unhelpful and seriously neglected any bill questions. Third they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, when I specifically verified my pharmacy they had me waiting 5 hrs before I could my meds for my wisdom teeth removal.. all for which I had to ask someone to drive for and and do these errands.

I had a dentist appointment this week for teeth cleaning with my hygienist Amanda. She was very professional explained everything to me before she did anything and performed her tasks with no pain, which is not an easy thing with my gums. My gums are very bad and somehow she’s able to clean my teeth And make it a very pleasant experience. Normally I hate going to the dentist I have to be in a perfect mood. Otherwise it just isn’t gonna work out for me, but dealing with her made the experience so pleasant I rate her at 10 out of 10 and again, you guys are very lucky to have her. She is a very professional person and performs her tasks and work the 100% and I’d like to thank her again Amanda thank you again for the painless visit and I hope everybody at Aspen Dental has a happy Thanksgiving and a great merry Christmas. See you after the new year.

I was very unhappy I set up an appointment to have my teeth cleaned for $107 plus $19 for exam. After the exam I was told I needed a treatment plan for my gums and teeth totaling $2240.00. I went back to my original dentist the same day and had my teeth clean. The dentist did not see any issues with my teeth or gums.

I went for a consult regarding wisdom teeth removal as my dentist does not complete. The place was the dirtiest i have ever seen for a dental office. I was there an hour after open and the floors looked like they have not been swept or mopped for weeks. The area that the instruments were had debris build up and did not look like it had been wiped down/cleaned/sanitized recently. I do not recommend going to this office due to risk of infection. In addition, they did a full set of X-rays after claiming they could not use the ones sent over from my dental office. They also had a hygienist see me (for whatever reason) although i was not there for a cleaning. The hygienist was poking around in my mouth and then stated i have gingivitis despite just seeing my dental hygienist 3 weeks prior for a cleaning and no such thing was mentioned. I believe this place is a money pit and would not recommend.

I explained my situation over the phone when I made the appointment. When I got there, I was charged $70 just walking in the door. Sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes (the only positive on this visit). Waited in the exam chair for 20-25 minutes before the Dr. came in. He spent less than 2 minutes examining, and sent me back out front to get a “plan”prepared. The “plan” turned out to be another $800 worth of work. Total scam. Would have preferred to be told they couldn’t help, then to tell me they will help with another wad of cash. (Spent upwards of $3k with Aspen dental just over a year ago)

DON’T GO HERE! Nice staff but they over charge! My insurance covers cleanings fully and they added other things to the cleaning that aren’t covered by my insurance without telling me. They also made me go to two separate appointments for a cleaning one for X-rays and another for the cleaning $225 each. When I went to the second appointment they told me they lost all of my information. After that appointment I got a bill for $450 they told me my insurance will take care of it. I checked if it went through and my balance is $109 for a cleaning that should’ve been free.

Staff, Technicians and Doctors were all very nice and knowledgeable. Every detail of my issues, options and procedures were explained to me succinctly and with considerable thoughtfulness of my needs and concerns. My Wife's Sister had, basically, the same services that I am having done and she was very happy with Aspen Dental. I, too, have been very pleased with my services from Aspen Dental and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family who are in need of Dental Services.

The staff here as well as the receptionist are very nice and professional. I have really bad dentist anxiety from a bad experience as a child and unfortunately, I avoided dentist appointments for many years due to it, needless to say— my oral health suffered.I initially went in for a very painful wisdom tooth infection and the dentist (I can’t remember her name) explained to me a treatment plan and was very prompt at prescribing antibiotics and pain meds. I also needed to have the wisdom teeth extracted and I can’t remember the young woman’s name, (I believe her name was Aliyah) but she allowed me to hold her hand as I started to get anxious during the process. She was very kind (: as well as the dentist! It’s been about 4 weeks since then and my wisdom teeth has healed without any major complications (and no more painful tooth infections.) I have been following all their recommendations & during my latest cleaning here the dental hygienist says that my oral health has improved!I highly, highly recommend. (: Especially if you have been holding off dental care due to a bad dentist office experience. They will make you feel comfortable here. They also have payment plan options if your insurance doesn’t cover certain procedures.

Wonderful professional people. Fixed my denture even though they did not make it. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me my insurance would pay for new dentures at no cost........guess who's getting new dentures? Thank you so much Aspen Dental!

The first time I went, everyone was wonderful. They got me right in. Told me I needed all my teeth pulled, and they could have the temporary dentures in 2 days. They consequently pulled all my teeth. The dentures never fit. At all! The top plate flops, and rubs my gums raw. I hurt, I can't talk nor eat. So finally am to the point when I am ready for permanent dentures. But they still can't get the wax ones to fit so that they can make the permanent ones. So still I wait. I heard today that there are 100 dentures in front of mine. How come the first ones were ready in 2 days? But these take 3 weeks? Because they already have my money and don't care about me. The staff are very nice, but I'm tired of my mouth hurting and not being able to eat or talk, or even close my lips after spending $10,000 on dentures. No service after the sale!

I have severe dental anxiety as well as severe needle anxiety, but Aliyah was very comforting and helpful during my fillings about 2 weeks ago and my extraction today. She held my hand and talked me down from panic attacks. She helped to distract me and made me feel very safe. The dentist, I can't remember her name, was also amazing. This is the only dentist I've ever felt safe at. Thank you guys.

DO NOT GO HERE. Misdiagnosed me and tried to get me to pay $$$$ treatment plan not covered by my insurance. At the risk of sounding like a Karen, this was by far the worst experience with a dentist I have ever had. I needed to find a dentist to go to under my DMO plan so I made an appointment for a routine cleaning. The staff was friendly and I was hopeful when I first arrived. An hour and a half later all they had done was take my X-rays. The hygienist finally looked at my teeth and told me I had stage one gum disease and if we didn’t treat it fast I would lose my teeth and lose bone density in my jaw. They wanted me to pay half of the treatment fee up front before they would do anything.I felt uncomfortable with this so I paid out of pocket to go to my old dentist for a second opinion. They could not believe that I had been told I had the start of gum disease or the treatment plan cost that was given to me. My teeth, gums, and bones are perfectly healthy and no signs of any of the issues the Aspen Dental team diagnosed me with. I tried to call the Aspen Dental office to speak with the dentist about these concerns and they would not let me talk to him and only said they would pass on my concerns.Do yourself a favor, do not go here. They are unethical and untrustworthy. You are better off finding a reputable dentist through word of mouth who will not overcharge you for services you don’t need and try to fear you into spending money for unnecessary services.
