Very uninterested and not offering to provide assistance in setting up the watch. Believe family members in store which may have had her distracted. Would not have purchased watch but it was a gift.

Very good service came in was greeted rite away. Got my new phone and saved money doing it. The sales reps new what they where talking about. Talked to Ethan excellent sales rep highly recommend. New what he was talking about go me my phone and everything transfered asap and even let me know on some deals I didn't know about. Will definitely be going back in the future.

When we came in Cody told us we were on an old phone plan paying $199.00 per month. He could get us new phones, new plan, and DirectTV for the same price. Either Cody didn't know what he was talking about or the training needs to be fixed! We we're charged $80 plus tax for DirectTV plus an additional $199 for our phone bill. He kept telling us that the DirectTV was included with the phone plan for the $199. The district manager was in the store the same day and he agreed as well. Well that wasn't the case. I returned the DirectTV device and Cody told me that the first bill was going to be higher then it would go down which sounds pretty ridiculous. Well guess what, our phone bill is still $199. It didn't drop to $119 like he said it would. While I was in returning the DirectTV device he was trying to push the DirectTV deal on another family. I wanted to tell them so badly that they might be being mislead like we were. Long story short, these are sales people. Remember that. I've worked sales and most are paid on how many accounts they open or what products they sell. Not happy with my service at this store. They say one thing and your bill is another.

I upgraded my son's phone online but decided to complete the trade-in process of his old device at the AT&T store in Machesney Park.I expected the process to be long and drawn-out, but nothing could be further from the truth. An associate named Bree (sorry if I have the spelling wrong) was helping another customer when we walked into the store at Noon, but after only a few minutes, she began to help us with our issue as she began transferring the other customer's data to their new phone. She did a great job explaining the process of the trade-in to us and what to expect. She patiently answered all of my questions (even the d*** ones).Bree did a great job multi-tasking the finalization of our trade-in along with the other customer's upgrade (and kudos to that other customer for being patient as well). I don't think I could have done it in a retail setting like that without getting panicked or screwing something up. Even though there was an issue with the IMEI number not going through initially, Bree immediately knew the source of the problem, gave us the steps to solve it, and helped us while applying a screen protector to the other customer's new device! Again with the multi-tasking!Long story (review) short, Bree is the BEST! I appreciate the help she gave us today...and the fact that she saved us another 30 minute trip to Machesney Park! She deserves a HUGE kudos from management...as well as AT&T corporate!

The training of the instore representative was awful. When she reached out to corporate they were of NO help. She tried many different avenues and after 4 trio of us driving to your store and 3 hours of waiting in store, while the instore representative was on hold with corporate she was given an article to read to resolve the issue. It was ridiculous! You have an employee willing to learn and you are not providing her the training she needs. We have been customers for decades but will be moving our personal and business accounts. It is obvious that corporate AT&T does not care about the customer experience.
