He not only welcomes you into the store, but makes friendly conversations with every single customer when you’re checking out. It is such a joy to shop in your store. It’s also so clean and organized, unlike any other Dollar Tree. Keep up the good work!!”

Since this store has been in service the customer service has always been outstanding the staff changes a lot but the choices of employees have been in line with the people who shop. “The staff is very nice and hard working.They sometimes have to perform several tasks at once but pull if off seamlessly. I think they have a wide variety of items and not the same old stuff you see at other dollar-type stores. The store is clean and the aisles are not blocked and cluttered like other stores. So let's applaud them for their strengths and not minor misgivings. no,I am not related to anyone there,I live in the neighborhood,go there all the time and happy they are there.”

“My go to for PT, Face base, nail polish, canning jars, zipper bags, Holiday items, cat treats and Most importantly Power Drinks in a can whether be Rockstar or something else, they usually carry, variety and quantity so I'm able to grab at least 40 or more at a time.. when I splurge on sugary items I get them there, they may not be brand but they taste like it and for the price you can't beat it I love their bagged popcorn, there I go to when I need a replacement cord for my cell phone and more.. even taking care of stray and feral cats, in the winter the oil pan trays come in handy as cat litter boxes, I love their cleaning Supplies and actually This Store on RIVERSIDE Has Had Some VERY KIND AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES .. if you're just starting out on your own I need a hammer screwdriver or utensils they have it and so much more.. And yes I have bought a pizza, butter bacon ice cream, chicken tortoise and more from their bagels and English muffins are awesome once in a while you'll see raisin bread you can't go wrong. Thank you Dollar tree for keeping your prices Low.. ? definitely a clean and organized place to shop”

“This Dollar General has a bit of a problem keeping employees. I've made several attempts to shop here and they had closed the store because "no one wanted to work" is what the male manager told me. He said their cashier had walked out and they had no one to run the registers. This has happened about 3 or 4 different times that I'm aware of. Other than that happening the only other issue I had when I was able to shop was the lack of products but I understand they don't really have control over that situation, all grocery stores are having trouble with distribution. This location is kept clean and has always been able to keep prices down making it one of the cheapest places to buy groceries. The female manager at this location has been here for many years, she's always been very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She's always friendly to the customers making the experience pleasant. She's the whole reason I shop at this location. She works hard and many hours. I personally saw her pick up the slack of one of the cashiers, keeping the line moving during a really busy time.They have competitive prices and for a dollar store, they have a decent selection. I give them 5 stars because as far as everything they can control or do, they do and make the shopping experience smooth and fast. Employees are trained to do their best but that's entirely up to them if they manage to do it, not the store of their manager.”

“If you asked me weeks ago about family dollar I’d say no way I’ll go somewhere else but recently I ran in there for pop and was amazed at how clean&different the store looked before you’d go in there’d be boxes to the ceiling,the shelves were bare customers digging thru boxes trying to find what they needed and the clothes was a disaster now I went in there about 3 days ago and OMG!!! no boxes stacked up,shelves are stocked,the clothes are neat and the store just looks cleaner I give the new employees lots of credit bc that store was a disaster and with their hard work it’s done a 360 definitely will go back??????”
“The employees are sooo helpful and kind! I love this place because they actually have amazing stuff for amazing prices. I came in one day after they had put their clothing selection on clearence! I got a dozen new outfits and a couple dresses for less than 100 bucks. I can't express enough how much you should check this place out!!”

It's overly stocked which is likely because of staffing issues. Prepare to be patient as there will also likely be a line for check out. The staff is friendly and courteous.”

“This is the first time I've been to this Dollar Tree and it was great! So many cool things on the shelves especially being Halloween season. And the employees are wonderful! Especially Mark! He greeted everyone as they walked in and a smile never left his face. He asked me my name and used my name as he spoke to me. So personable and kind. He deserves a raise! It's not often you get a wonderful employee who goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Mark for making this first trip to your Dollar tree a memorable one!!”
