FedEx continues to hire incompetent buffoons. The wait continues for my item because FedEx's downright moron delivery driver didn't have brain necessary to hear that the doorbell doesn't work, and didn't even bother knocking to drop off my package that I had to sign for. What kind of package delivery driver *does not* knock for a signature required package?Such a frustrating and pathetic company to deal with. Avoid this worthless gang of degenerates at all costs.

Very sad experience today as I only wanted 29 copies made ...The girl decided to be a smart alic and tell me I was sending to wrong address...it's the same address for years in my business with them....then I got copies with lines through them...rude reactions, laughed at and humiliated at the counter.....go here if you need to chew someone out....They will oblige....Very rude manager....then the girl who knew nothing wants to tell me i cant park thereLol

I just shipped internationally from USA to Brazil for my third time, and last time ever with Fed Ex. My 16 year old son is living in Brazil as a foreign exchange student for 11 months. I am very disappointed in Fed Ex as a whole. Fed Ex made a very costly error and refuses to do anything about it. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I had a package full of Christmas cards shipped to my son in Brazil. The guy at this location filled out the commercial invoice incorrectly to say I shipped 1 Christmas card at a total value of $5, when, in fact, I shipped 29 cards from family members in the same package. Customs received the package and opened it because it looked suspicious. There was obviously something more in the package that 1 Christmas card. They counted all the cards and assessed a value of $5 for each card. The invoice should have been filled out to say 29 cards at $0.17/card for a total package value of $5. So, instead I was charged duty and taxes on a recalculated value of $145 for cards!! What did I pay?? $171 for express shipping, which was ok, and then $171 in duty & taxes which was absolutely wrong and not ok!! The Fed Ex Office in Brazil that received the package even agreed with the recipient that this error was made in the US by the shipping office on West Lane Rd. Will anyone do anything about it?? Nope!! Not a damn thing. Never again will I ship with Fed Ex because they take no responsibility for their very clear mistakes. And do they care if their error costs the customer money, nope. The very rude CSR I talked to in the International Revenue Department said if I dispute the transaction with my credit card company that they won't care, they will just mail a bill to my house. Classy Fed Ex. I will tell this story to everyone I know so they don't have the misfortune of shipping with such a shitty company.

Went in to print a few documents and had trouble with the printer while trying to use my own paper. The employee was very helpful in resolving the issue. Price was very reasonable.
