Showed up at 4:15 as the website said they’re open until 4:30. Took him 10 minutes to finish the guy ahead of me. He told me sorry he was out of time, come back tomorrow.

Girl turned me down hour before closing time on Friday, she was smoking outside and acting very rude. No wonder place got 2.2 rating. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Won’t be back. Two times I have tried before 4:30pm and it’s closed. This time the shed was open as well as the gate. Shitty way to run a business

Closed for no reason. Now I have no propane for four days and take another half day off work on Monday. Crappy way to run things , google says open today and Friday but don't waste your time coming here now they are closed and dock is shut down according to sign on door . Taking my tank elsewhere.

I've visited this place twice based on the hours provided on Google Maps, and both times, no one was there. I just spent a lot of time driving to a closed place in the middle of the day. It seems the business is misleading customers with inaccurate information. Please update your operating hours to reflect the actual times when you're open to avoid further inconvenience.
My recommendation: skip this place, save your time, and look for better services.

In Jan called as I was getting low and was told we don't know when you will get LP plus you never know when you call the 800 where that customer service is located. Switch to a local company and very happy plus I like to have my gas line from tank to house checked 2 times a year and ferro charged $100 each time. With local LP they will do it for free plus cost per gallon is less than ferrogas.
Don't use this big nationwide company Ferrogas stay local and you will be so much happier.

I do not recommend Ferrell Gas. They do not follow up on broken equipment, will not refund any amount for product they put in with a broken gauge and it takes multiple phone calls and trying to explain to the person on the phone that NO I DO NOT WANT A FILL I NEED YOUR EQUIPMENT FIXED! This whole discussion started in July 2022. We chased down a Ferrell Gas employee we saw drive by on July 2023, (yes a whole year later) He did indeed see the gauge was broken, contacted his office, who told him that yes they had record of the previous years communications but no, had no idea why it was never addressed. They invoiced me 11.95 for a "service call" even though we had to chase someone down in the neighborhood A YEAR LATER. They finally came to get the tank, would not refund us for the gas that was in the tank (about 3/4 full) and then charged me another 11.95 service fee! If you need propane, find ANYONE ELSE BESIDES FERRELL GAS!

Been a customer for 20 years. Call for a refill was told $5.60 a gallon. Questioned the price then called around. Two other companies were at $2.79 a gallon. Ask if they would be willing to match price and was told they will pick the tank up. Now a Blackhawk Propane customer.

I prepay for delivery in full every time i order gas. It never fails every time i am sent a bill in the mail for the delivery man putting in more then i ordered. Last time was over $ 300.00 that i did not have the budget for and was told that i had until the end of the month to pay in full or they would be out to pump the fuel out . What then charge me a service charge for that also. How hard is it to set the meter on the truck to X amount of gals to be put in the tank that i paid for . I mean come on.

We have been on automatic refill for years but ran out of propane at 5 in the evening. Was cooking when I noticed things were taking way to long to get done and tried to turn up flame but it wouldn’t work. So since we were on automatic fill I assumed there was something wrong with the stove. Later in the evening started to smell gas. Assuming it was the stove since it had been on a long time without flame opened windows to air out. It’s the middle of winter and single digets outside so cold. The next morning when it was 55 in the house then knew we were out of propane. Long story short called at 8 and it’s now 5 and still have no heat. We feel they should have made a special trip here in the morning to get us up and running. Instead man on phone told my husband delivering driver was on his route and when he got out this way he would come. This would have to happen when it’s strong winds and and so freezing out. The customer service girls were very nice and the man who came to fill the tank wasAlso very nice.

We're not recommend this company to anyone looking for propane. There is always a charge for recertification of a tank or ask to have a tank filled that was half full for my camper was told I was going to have to pay for a full charge can't charge by the pound. Inconsiderate rude customer service inside very snotty. Thought I would support a local business over a big box store like Menards and I guess I was wrong should I used Menards learned lesson.

Called before driving 25 miles to their location. I asked about having a 20lb tank filled and how much it would cost. I was told a price and a closing time of 5pm. I show up at 4:45 and I was told there is no one available to fill the tank because those employees leave at 4:30pm. Why not tell the customer on the phone this detail? I wasted a trip home to get a tank and drive it all the way to their location for nothing. In the mean time the office employees are closing the office 15 minutes early and leaving. Terrible customer service!
