The manager Pete is awesome! Honest, friendly service at this location and the work is done in a timely manner. We have been a customer since they opened and will continue to have our automobiles serviced here.

This is a follow up to my review from last week. I was contacted by management and asked to bring the car back. I am happy to report that Firestone went above and beyond to make things right for me, and I couldn’t be happier now. My AC is currently freezing me, but I will not complain about that. I truly appreciate you all for making this right.

Got a truck and wanted to have it checked out to see what all needed fixed. I got front and back brakes here with a lifetime warranty. After a couple weeks it made a weird noise abd had to come back. They fixed it fast and I was on my way. Making my vehicle safe for my kids really helped this mama out. The staff is friendly and the waiting room chairs were comfortable.

Charged for an alignment that was never technically done. Left rear and camber was changed .01 which is easily fluctuated on the machine itself. They were unable to fix right rear toe and couldn't tell me why, provided no information and tried to convince me that I got the service I paid for. I would avoid this place at all costs. I've included the paper i received from them as proof that I'm not just making things up, I'm a real customer who paid for a service that was never truly completed.

There are only a couple of tire places open on Sunday in the area, and Firestone is one of them. I went in today without an appointment, and Duvaun was quick to greet me and help with what I needed done. He was sure to tell me that he could get it done today, but it would be about an hour or so because I was a walk in and he had a few customers to take care of ahead of me. I decided to walk across the street to get some breakfast while I waited. About a half hour or so later, I could see that my vehicle was already in the shop. I walked back over to the shop and waited for the remainder of the time. Soon enough, Duvaun drove my vehicle out front and came in to finish the paperwork. I paid the invoice and I was on my way. Everything I needed done was taken care of, and I couldn't be happier with them getting it done so quickly, and on a Sunday. This was one of the better experiences I've had at a tire shop in a while, thank you Duvaun and your group of guys!

Great people that work there.I have always had the best service here. The manager Pete is great about making sure everything is right. Raven the mechanic knows what he is doing. This is the best place to go when something goes wrong with your vehicle.

I was in the area visiting family. I had gotten my tire fixed the previous morning by a different business and it lasted 8 hours before the tire started leaking air again. I was an hour and a half away from home and it was unsafe to drive on. I had called other places and no one could get me in until the next day which wasn’t an option for me. I was so grateful that Duvaun was able to get me in right away so I would be able to drive back home. I’m not sure what I would have done if it wasn’t for his kindness and understanding.

The customer service at this location was outstanding! I was incredibly impressed by not only the smiles and positivity demonstrated but also the hard work and professionalism. I will 100 percent be coming back for my next service!

Was about to do business but it's seems like they had many customers complainig about the time frame in which the car in the shop and nothing was done to it but an 10$ inspection. No one answers the phone. Would not recommend. There are other local small businesses that would be better fit.

I have taken several vehicles in for service at this location. I Scheduled a next day visit online, customer service was great.

Pete informed me to come during a week we have a promotion and I can save some money for the work that I had done
