Never ever will I buy anything from Home Depot. they allow their installers to lmake mistakes and back them up Instead of helping customers. In this area there is Menards and Lowe's along with the Home Depot. You would think they would want to stay competitive. they always have the least amount of cars in the parking lot and I can see why. I would give negative stars if that was an option.

Needed some round grill grates that nobody seemed to have for Memorial Day grilling. Had already been to several stores. Finally went to local Home Depot. Found one Weber grate right away. But the slot for the other was empty. Friendly staff person saw me milling around and asked if he could help! Unsolicited. Wow! Showed him the second grill grate size. He immed went to get a huge step ladder. Grill grate was not located in the first place way up high where he initially looked. Was on the other side, again way up high. This was a lot of work. It required moving that huge ladder from elsewhere and then again on site there. (He had been unboxing in another aisle beforehand.)He cheerfully brought down the second larger grill grate, asked if I needed anything else. Thanked him for his help. Thought I might browse a bit. Clearly this Home Depot is decked out.Decided to look for lighter fluid. Price was amazing! Strangely it was about half of the local, big box, discount store. (Hmm.) Got one. Will return the much more expensive big box version. (And they had zero round grill grates in their store.)Accomplished a lot, in a hurry, very pleasant shopping experience! Amazing.And FYI, I use a rollator. It hurts and is tiring to ambulate. The thoughtful, unsolicited assistance from this young man today was heart-warming. Truly appreciated.

Great place to rent tools for an DIY project! The employees working in the tool rental area were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the actual floor employees could use better training. Specifically I was looking at flooring and an employee struggled to tell me how many boxes it would take to complete my project based on my measurements. Said employee was nice however he didn't admit to not knowing the answer and I was given some random number.

Recently I bought some paint at Home Depot which turned out to be a color I was very unhappy with. The manager of the department was very kind and was willing to work with me. He put "Terry the Mixologist" on the job and he did his magic. I am very happy with the results and with the service there.

Don't buy the kitchen cabinets, you will wait months to recieve them. When you finally get them, they wont be usable because of the poor shipping conditions. Tell the store manager you will be returning all items once receieved. Lug all pieces 1 hour away just for them to tell you its over 90 days so you'll recieve in store credit. Sounds legit right? Wait 5 months, then they tell you have you can get your money. I pray if you try purchasing big ticket items, that you don't have issues. It is a nightmare if you do.

Terrible service! When i ordered replacement windows they made a huge pitch about lifetime guarantees, free replacements, etc. They installed a defective window with crooked grid lines on July 30. On the same day they said they'd put in a work order for a warranty replacement. Now it's Nov 26, and I'm still waiting. They have lied to me repeatedly about processing the order. I contacted the manufacturer directly (Simonton Windows) and found out they never even filed the replacement. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone in charge.

Good selection but most (and by most I mean 9/10) houseplants or indoor plants have some sort of pest or fungus. Last time I was there, I couldn’t find a single houseplant that wasn’t infested with fungus gnats. Prices are OKAY but not worth bringing home a pest that will infect your other plants.

I went to this store on a Sunday afternoon to get 3 keys made at the customer service desk. It was busy with several people waiting in different lines. I got in the shortest one and waited my turn for 10 minutes. When it was my turn, rather than take my key, walk the 10 feet over to the machine, the lady told me she couldn’t do it and I’d have to go wait in another line that at this point had grown significantly, and wait again. This really rubbed me the wrong way. I’ll drive

Home Depot is definitely my go to store since Menards requires masks thus playing into the whole Democrat shutdown scam...Anyway-I called to see if they'd price match sod and would not so if you're looking for sod, Joe Cooling & Sons Inc - Sod Farm in Cherry Valley have not only the best sod around but the best price I've found so far. 3 dollars for a 2x5 - whatever you need but at least a day in advance order and Home Depot is 8 dollars for a 2x4 roll. This review is really about price matching. If you want the business then match other prices.

The home depot door Installer by the name of Travis is totally irresponsible. He doesnt return calls. I have been trying for 10 days to get my $500 storm door installed and ZERO DONE. I'm going to Lowes and try them.

This is the ONLY place we shop! AMAZING customer service and help from MIKE the manager. He has been so patient with us and gone above and beyond to help us! All the employees are fantastic, friendly and so helpfull. MANY THANKS TO MIKE (manager) AND ALL THAT HELPED US AT HOME DEPOT IN OUR REMODEL PROJECT!!!!
