Really wish I didn’t have to give a star to write a review bc honestly they don’t deserve any stars. Went in tonight to get a haircut, brought a picture of what I wanted (long curly bob), repeated to the stylist that I wanted my hair to hit my shoulders bc it curls up a lot and I still wanted to be able to pull it back. She said she understood and even cut my hair dry so that she could see the length while it was still curly. Well, she must have made the first cut too short (I couldn’t see as she cut the back first) and had to go from there. When she finally finished, my hair was up to my ears about 3 inches off my shoulders and bc it was so short I couldn’t get the layers I wanted to help define the curl. Also, it’s so short I can’t pull it back like I wanted to. Definitely not what I wanted or what the picture looked like. Word of advice: listen when your customers tell you exactly what they want instead of talking over them about how you cut your curly hair short at the beginning of the year. Definitely won’t be back.

I brought my son to get his hair cut and I told the barber he wanted to keep some length on top but to clean up the sides and neck. By the time I turned and sat down, he had buzzed off his hair into a crew cut. My son even specifically told him to use a 5 guard on top and to use a 3 on the side. I watched as he never changed guards and took about 3 minutes on the butchered hair cut. When we left and the sun hit my son's hair, I could see there were long strands all over the top. I took him back inside and had him clean that up and he blamed the clippers. When we left, my son still had long hairs all over. I will NEVER go back and hope this review deters others from having their hair botched.

I have been here twice and both times the ladies nailed it! The haircut I just got was phenomenal. I appreciate her taken extra time to make sure she didn’t miss a spot and whole head was even. I highly recommend this great clips and I’ll definitely be back. Very happy
