“The staff person(s) that I have encountered there are very knowledgeable of the products available. Extremely kind and helpful. Plus customers get 20% discount on their purchase. Hidden jewel in Rockford, Illinois, for health in my opinion. Love.”
“Great store, hard to find something that isn’t healthy in there. The prices are generally a bit higher but that is to be expected for quality products. Lots of good items in stock. We will definitely be coming back.”
“Each staff member is very knowledgable about nutrition and can recommend you to the right product for you. Great selection of vitamins and supplenments. Shop here weekly! Prices are good, they also have great deals every other week!”

“The gentleman (I didnt catch his name) that was working today was wonderful. I discussed with him my goals I am trying to achieve. The personal health concerns (preventative options) as well as my fitness goals after getting through multiple rounds of PT for spine and shoulder issues. His patience while listening and then detail oriented process of the things I would need was spot on. I had done my research prior and had an idea going in. His knowledge on top of my research matched. I got everything including one other thing that he suggested to keep the inflammation in control. Worth my time and he even got the extra sale because I trusted his opinion.”
