We had to rent some tools to do some repairs in our home. We went to this location first and the staff was friendly and helpful. The process was easy and affordable. It helps people who are homeowners to not have to buy all them but rent them instead. They also have trucks you can rent for affordable prices as well. I encourage others to use this resource.

My husband and I went into the Machesney location looking to get pricing and purchase fencing supplies. We didn’t know where to start. Not only was Sarge knowledgeable, but he was also kind and friendly. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I left the store feeling confident about our purchase.

Kim has helped me on two separate occasions now. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. You are lucky to have Kim on your team. I hope I will find someone with the same level of knowledge the next time I need tools or supplies (which will most likely be next week.)
