Did my taxes here in tax year 2021. Worst tax decision I ever made. I have a rental property so its a bit more complicated.Because of this, the representative didn't do my taxes, and I was reached out to months later by someone else to complete because the person assigned wasn't qualified. Ended up owing about $2K, no return (personal high). I bring it up now because i recently found out I have a $588 late fee from the IRA due to my taxes being late in 2021. If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly recommend TurboTax, pay someone there if you have to.

Make sure to use Franky Chapparo! i started my return and it told me I'd only get maybe 200, Franky turned that into about 1100 by finding all the deuctions i was missing

They are Rude! We took our taxes in to be done and it was suppose to be a drop off and then come in to sign. 5 minutes before they close on tax day they didn't even start them. Now I have to hurry and do it myself. How unprofessional. It says right on their door drop off and come back and sign. Why were they not done? You charge to much anyway.
