There is a lady (term used loosely) who has long dark hair always in a ponytail who is rude as hell and overcharges people!!!! She's over charged me 3 times now on fountain pop! I will frequent another location due to her rudeness, condescending attitude and down right crappy demeanor!

I spend over 100 on gas and my husband on diesel got a problem with the car was and I couldn’t get my money back with the receipt that said to show the cashier for refund the employee was unprofessional and he didn’t know how to handle this issue his answer was never happen this before?!?! Well I said check your Cámaras I have the receipt and he didn’t no want it to give me my money back in this point is not even the $5 dolars is the fact how he handle and the customer services he provide!!! Shame but I wont give you my business there no more but if for 5 dolars he acts the way he did!!! Shame you can keep my $5 dolars but an unhappy customer can make a differences with references and I do live in town taking my money back the Bp as always a least the mananger is always available !

First have your employees wear masks not wearing them is very disrespectful to everyone clean up your store especially the new one on Alpine it looked like a dump no marking on the floor very very bad to allow not to follow the law. Will no longer go to any of them because you do not care if your associate spread the virus very bad business decision.

Abysmal customer service by way of threatening and extremely unprofessional behavior on the part of the staff at the 1010 Davison Dr Sun Prairie WI location. My brother, who is white and has dredlocked hair was verbally assaulted by the staff who were apparently on a smoke break outside. He felt very uncomfortable and was afraid to go inside to purchase a beverage. I feel that managers should have a discussion with their staff regarding appropriate behavior and basic civility.

Worst customer service experience ever!
