I stopped shopping here after they rolled back their DEI. I used to come here regularly. I now go to Hom depot for my needs. I won't spend my money at corporations that dont back women and other minorities. I suggest you all do the same. Your money does count and add up to the big cooperations changing if we stand together!

After spending 90 minutes picking out my lumber for my latest project I find out that they no longer give military discount for lumber. I spent $1000 there yesterday. The $1000 I spend today will be at Menards with an 11% rebate for everyone and everything. Shame on Lowe's.

I ordered a tree trimmer online from this store. it never came in. I called the store, and was transferred to manager Melissa. She was condescending and defensive from first contact. Told me it was not shipped not by them, but by the manufacturer, and had I contacted them? I asked how would I know to contact them, when I ordered from you? We finally figured out Lowe's shipped to an old employer, even though I had entered in the correct address. I asked for help getting it back, and she declined. Absolutely no empathy, and just wanted to get me off the phone. There are 3 major home improvement stores located in Rockford area. Home depot had been my normal choice. I will stick with them.

So crazy, you can not make this up..yet I'm accused of doing so! In short..purchased a range, delivered damaged, 2nd
one delivered damaged, 3rd delivered damaged after many lies, they will not pick it up! On top of that charged me twice and will not look into it. Filed dispute and if this range is not picked up, I will move to next step. This is wrong in so many ways! All my friends told me...do not buy from Lowes! I not see why.

Don't order installation for anything from lowes the company's they contract to install don't care about the customer. They will blow off your appointment with no notice and will not reach out to let you know or to reschedule and when you call to figure out what's going on you will get the run around.
They take your money and waste your time
