Meijer is a family-owned, one-stop shop in Machesney Park, offering great food, brands, and value. It features the freshest produce, custom-cut quality meats, seafood, and bread baked fresh daily, with low prices across 40+ departments. The selection is very good and customer service is friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Many find it a preferred store, a go-to for almost everything, especially with wonderful deals and mPerks savings. Grocery pickup is also available. However, some note occasional issues with expired products in chilled sections and produce quality, including fruit flies near some fruit. Despite this, the store is appreciated for its product selection and convenient hours.

Even though things are in weird places and I have to spend a lot of time looking for things, I still shop there at least once a week because of the closeness to my house.
