Menards is my go-to for just about any kind of building supplies, cleaning supplies, or odds and ends. Best prices and close to home. The big orange store used to be my go to, but if you have a question, good luck finding an employee at the orange store. And if you do, that employee has no knowledge. Menards is the way to go.

.Madison and Christina unfortunately have zero customer service and argumentative and rude. Bryan the GM was great and said he would handle their lack of customer service

One of my favorite stores. They have cheap filters and good prices for cat litter. They have hands down the most on site bricks and pavers choices. They have a discounted upstairs that you should check out that not everyone knows about. Also your rebaits are good forever I had mine in my purse for months. I love this store!

We go to Menards all the time I do think we save money I love their 11% discount.I have been shopping there for many years, I prefer Menards over Home Depot and Lowes.

Bought a water heater just yesterday and paid for them to deliver it and take the old one with. They didn’t take the old one, and the new one didn’t ignite at all. I called and asked what they could do and just told me to disassemble and bring it back as if I didn’t just spend the whole day installing it and had it delivered for a reason meaning I can’t bring it back myself. This store is an embarrassment

Although your prices are great, I too have been in the store so many times over the past 2 years where I needed help and there is NO ONE around when you need it. Either yiu cant find anyone or no one wants to help. Today, I was in and in 3 separate instances, I saw a group of people standing around talking, ignoring customers. I was so frustrated. I pay those salaries through the prices I pay in the store and at a time when things are so expensive, this is not the time for people to be standing around chatting on a Sunday afternoon when the store is slammed. And I was shopping near one of the groups and not one of them offered any help. They just ignored me. It was weird. And with Home Depot next door and Lowes across the street, I would think customer service would be a priority. Just saying.

Greetings, We have put our order in on-line last night for our job this am. I have not seen the order completed yet at 8:00am on Wednesday. I've tried to call the store and your phone system is not operating. I can't get through on any line. What's up!
