had trouble with a motorhome tire losing air. I called them when I was 10 minutes out to see if they would address it. they told us to bring it, we pulled in and there was an attendant waving us straight in to the bay and motorhome Wally got right to work. we were back on the road in no time! Thanks for the great service!

I had a good experience until I went back because 2 out of the 4 tires were worn out after only 13,000 miles. Then I was accused of over inflating the tires. Why would I over inflate only 2 tires? I was also steered towards a tire that I didn't want. So, I guess I would say that this business is ok, unless you have an issue, then it's a hard fail.
Update: I tried to contact the owner, like they requested in their response to this review, and am only hearing crickets. So it seems they only responded to make it look like they cared. Terrible customer service, and I will tell everyone I know about this place.

Cheap, fast, and efficient. Both tires had popped on my car and I got it in and out within about an hour and a half. Thank you so much!

I blew a tire going down I-90 on my flatbed semi-trailer. Wally came and not only replaced my blown tire but made me aware of other issues with my trailer. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Explained what happened and why and gave me the knowledge to know what to look out for in the future. Excellent service and outstanding guy! Manager(Joe) was great and worked me in for a two tire change. Technician was very professional and actually cared. Customer service person(Andy) needs training in personal customer skills and. Communications.

These guys are so fast, by the time you get to the waiting room about to sit down, they'll have you fixed up ! ( Pretty much :) )
