The staff was professional and considerate. Dr. Fitzgerald was kind, inquisitive, and attentive. She was also willing to see me twice which I appreciate given that I was fairly stressed about my visit. The staff did their part to make me feel at ease as they addressed my health concerns over about a two week window. I would have no problem giving this location a positive referral.

I am so very grateful to Toby Wachlin for encouraging me to use Shopko Optical. He was very helpful! I absolutely love Dr Alicja Fitzgerald! She was so kind and patient and compassionate! Every day that I can finally see clearly I think of her! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

The doctor is awesome and does a great job. The staff helping you find glasses and explain products are knowledgeable and help you find what fits your needs. I give them a 4 because of their high costs along with product options. They have a lot of options mostly from name brand companies. The lowest cost glasses were $99 for frames only. I will update my review once I receive my glasses and tell you about that experience.
Update: I got my glasses a couple of months ago and I have astigmatism. What the doctor showed me it would look like when I got my glasses was way off from what I see. I have barely been able to see hardly at all through my right eye which is a much stronger prescription. I paid a lot of money for the glasses frames, lens, and sunglasses transitions $500. Not being able to see, I think I'll buy cheap glasses online from now on and hope they can fix my vision in the meantime.

This place is awesome! Dr. Fitzgerald is a very thorough and competent doctor. Completely describes everything going on with your eyes in ‘real person’ language. More than that, she is incredibly personable and a pleasure to converse with on any number of topics!
Jennifer was a joy to work with on picking out frames. Very honest, in a very positive way. She was incredibly helpful! And Toby! I will be forever grateful for his help in ‘navigating’ my insurance! You all go above and beyond to make a person feel comfortable and have a great experience! Thank you all, sincerely! ♥️
