Rarely ever have to wait more than 5 minutes for a haircut. Staff always does a great job of cutting my hair how I want it.

I took a client to get his hair cut and they did an awesome job. The stylist listened to what he wanted and did just that. We bring all our clients here and they never disappoint.

Barb V. at the Machesney Park location of Spirits Clips is the greatest! She makes me feel important. She is talented, respectful and goes the extra mile. I wish I could say that she only does this for me, however that would be wishful thinking on my behalf.
In all seriousness, Barb treats all her clients and regulars with the most dignity and respect.
Barb always makes me look and feel like a million dollars. I have found my permanent hairstylist. It’s taken me many moons to achieve this, honestly it was worth the time.
Now! I will say that all of her girls are very respectful, and can also do nice work for you, should Barb be overbooked, or off the day you need a haircut or just a touch up, why because Barb teaches the girls what she knows and they all do indeed look up to her.
Sport Clips needs to consider providing Barb with a well gift card to purchase any accessories she wants and or needs to keep providing excellent service, or a nice dinner certificate or even some coffee.
Oh!! Don’t forget the little tikes!! Barb is amazing with the little ones, giving them suckers, candy, stickers, etcetera.
I look forward to my next trip to Sports Clips to receive my MVP treatment, from a real MVP, Barb V.
