“I would recommend going here i go all the time but today was a but different and its making me reconsider my opinion on the store. I went in with my friend and fiance and there was a lady behind the counter by the name of robin who accused’s my fiance of stealing from the store. We were looking at vapes and she accused him. Not only did she accuse him but she was very disrespectful to my friend that was either me she was treating her like she was stupud and was talking to her disrespectfully at checkout because she didnt understand something. That robin lady needs to learn manners and better customer service. You dont accuse a customer of stealing without proof or reason to believe they stole. Thank you!
P.s also not to mention the lady didnt id me im 21 going on 22 and thats a big nono!
Im only giving this place 5 stars because all the other staff are amazing and the prices are amazing as well.”
“The Greatest!! this is the best place in all of Rockford!! amazing customer service that listens! Fantastic selections and if you don't see what you need all you have to do is ask and they will get it! you need to stop in and check them out!!”
“Great place to have a stick and PSSITA. Good selection of cigars. Don't bring your own cigars it's not allowed. Make sure you have cash. However, if you do forget there is an ? in the lounge.”

“Always friendly, I try to go to this shop whenever possible. Staff is helpful and kind. The owner often works mornings and is a pleasant guy to have conversations with. The other two guys are also super friendly. Especially Cameron, he even helped me find a job myself.”
“I Love this place. The owner is a very nice man. The store is clean and organized. They have everything that I need and the prices are fair! I won't go anywhere else!! Check it out”
“When I come into the shop they treat me like if I was family it makes me feel comfortable and they're always educating me. Eric and Mo. About all the stuff they have and what's good and what to choose. If I could really say anything I feel so comfortable not pressured into buying something I'm not sure about and it always feels so exciting when I come in it's like family chips, snacks, pop, whatever you want ???”
“My mom used to shop here when she lived in Rockford Illinois. She moved back to Chicago after 10 years. We came to visit my niece. Before we left she wanted to stop by the tobacco shop. They still remembered her after all these years. Her favorite item is no longer in stock so she purchased something else. Nice service.”
“Cool ass merchant. Appreciate you letting me kick it.

“Excellent assortment of beverages of all kinds. This is the place for booze! The selection is outstanding. No better place to stock your liquor cabinet or bar.”
“great family owned business. great prices. great service. they go out of their way to remember frequent customer purchases and to have that stock in store. it feels like they order just for me and I never leave empty handed or have to go anywhere else. as long as this business is here i'll never shop anywhere else! thank you tobacco outlet for your great hospitality.”
“I Will definitely be going back the guy that helped me was the kindest person! I bought 2 packs of coils and he did something no place has ever done for me and gave me a discount! Thank you It was definitely worth the drive from Janesville!”
“This place is great Ive been here multiple times in the past and I love it the people are quite but that's not always a bad thing I like a place where I can be in and out in just a few minutes plus when they do talk it's nice”
“You can buy convenience items anywhere, but when you buy from this store you’re investing in a great family that truly embodies American values, and I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to give them my money, than the other price- gouging, seedy shop owners like Roll-A-smoke for example. The family that runs this store is a blessing to America and mankind! They are kind, compassionate, honest, generous, friendly and some of the most Godly people I’ve ever met! I’ve been having horrible pain in my hands due to nerve damage and am awaiting surgery, and they have gone above and beyond to help me get the right medicine in desperate times of need for a really good price. I think Christians everywhere could look to these people as an example of what it truly means to be Godly and American ! Thank you to the owners and family of this store for blessing the city of Rockford with your business and integrity. And to the people complaining about homeless people, take it up with the mayor who runs the city not the people who run the store, because homeless people are literally all over this town. Or better yet why don’t you complain about homless people to Jesus since he sometimes disguises himself as a homeless person to test the ugliness of peoples hearts, and if you actually make a google review complaining them , then this is your wake up call that you have way bigger spiritual problems you need to focus on!”
“They have alot more than just tobacco. This is a great little store, they sell a small selection of food, clothing, tobacco type stuff and the owner and his family are nice people.”
