All I had to do was provide my claim number and they took care of the rest. Never even had to deal with insurance outside of filing a claim online.

“I was driving home and my car decided to give out today, I drive a classic car and it had issues and I decided to drive it anyways, low and behold my car gave out on me and I was left on the side of the road. It is obvious I need a tow so I googled it and found Darrell's towing so I called them up and within 20 minutes they were there to hook my car up and take me home. We got to my location and the garage is angled so the man got my car as close as he can to my garage and then helped push my car into the garage where my car sits now... Talk about impressive response time and friendly courtesy to help my day. I wanted to say publicly thank you very much for your help and btw it won't kill your pockets! Give them a call if you need help”

“I found this place as they were the closest mechanic when I broke down over 50 miles from home. Tow was to me in ten minutes and the driver was great. The service proposals were thorough and clear. Speaking with Victor, he was great about explaining what was needed now, and what could be done later. Prices were very reasonable. Very happy with everything. The shop looked clean and very professional, from parking lot to the building and the staff. As a business owner myself I pay close attention to all of this, because If you cant try your best to take care of your location that tells me you are not going to take care of my car, Parsons was very professional and clean, I was impressed at first sight. Patrick took care of me through out the whole process and kept me updated. I got my van in a timely manner for the job type and It was cleaner than when I dropped it off! “I had a completely dead battery and my boyfriend recommended Badger Towing. I called him and someone (I wish I caught his name!!!) answered on the second ring. I explained what happened (I thought it was a faulty starter since jumping it didn’t help) and he said he could meet me within 10 minutes. I was at work and he agreed to meet me where my car was right when I was done with work. He was right on time and was able to jump my car within seconds. He was so incredibly kind and helpful. Again I wish I got his name. This company has a customer for life.”

“My daughter hit black ice and slid our jeep into a traffic pole. I called Kar Kraft for help, Craig answered and asked where we were at and said he was on his way. Craig himself the owner, came out to tow our car to his shop. Later that same afternoon we were called to let us know that estimates were filed with our insurance company and we should have answers within a couple of days.
I am lucky to have been in a business group with Craig, but after having this personal experience, Kar Kraft and Craig will ALWAYS be my first call. In a panic filled moment, knowing I had Craig available for help was such a relief.

“I didn't get my car towed but my Christmas decorations that I put up with my daughters last night had vanished do to the storm front that moved in overnight .I was searching for them this morning and to my surprise those guys rescued my two 3 ft giant inflatable Christmas tree ornaments. For them to go out of their way to save my decorations for me is proof of their good character. They will be my 1st call if I ever need a Tow. Thanks again my friends! You guys are awesome!”
