“This is my kids' favorite place to go blow their allowance money. I like that it encourages meeting and interacting with real people instead of everything being online. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. We need more positive hangouts for the kids and the community like this.”
“We went here for the boys birthday bear at build a bear. The lady that worked there was very friendly. She was sweet with my special boys and helped when they needed it. Every year they get a birthday bear for the age they are. So the boys got two bears for 9 dollars each. This is a great deal and a good experience for special needs kiddos. I highly recommend!”

“I found Taylor & Max in 2018 when I couldn’t find a particular Molo hoodie anywhere in the US in my son’s size. The curation, selection and styling are exemplary but the woman, Lisa, at its center is what makes me a return customer. She is warm, knowledgeable and extraordinarily kind. I also love that I’m supporting a BIPOC, woman-owned shop. What a unique, special place - filled with joy and beauty.”

It's cheap yet organized and not dirty.
They also don't keep any of their products locked up.
Always have a good variety of items.
I look at it for what it is, a close out store. I walk in and see if I find anything I need, I usually do.
Also, while not good for the store, it's not bumper to bumper filled with people, you can move around freely.
The cashiers have always been pleasant. Yes, cashiers! No self checkoouts!?”
