“No real issues with the rear alignment or process. My only issue, the trailer did not have a jack/jack stand. Unless you have some blocks to place underneath the tongue it rest sit on the ground making it difficult to lift after loading the trailer”

“Today has been extremely stressful, but Tay at the Loves Park, IL location made my whole experience so much better! After getting an attitude and snapped at by an employee at a UHaul 4 hours away I decided to cancel my truck drop off and the storage unit i rented. I immediately called the local business and Tay set me up with the truck return and walked me through the app to rent a unit at the Forest Hills location. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone and he was super kind, respectful, knowledgeable, sympathetic to my situation and had me chuckling by the end of the call. He is an asset to the company and we've above and beyond to help me relax and the stress disappear. Huge shout out to Mike who took my first call and set up the truck dropoff, too!
This isn't my first experience with this location, I have rented trucks and had a hitch put on my truck, but it IS the BEST location. Kindness really goes a long way, especially during the stress of a move, so hiring the best for the job is imperative. U-Haul scored some really great employees at this location.

“The main benefit is that this facility is remotely operable. I was scheduled with another Uhaul storage place but their hours didn't work for me and I had a 26' truck to drop off.
Similarly, the main drawback is that there is no one here. The gate is left open a lot. While convenient, why have a gate?
Navigating to the far units is difficult, both because they are condensed on the map and because they give you a tiny space on either side to slip through.
As far as bang for the buck goes, I'd say you get a lot for the money. The added loft was great for keeping extra things out of my way. High ceilings, plenty of space. Just don't get caught needing staff and you'll have a great time.”
