Just got my hair cut by Talia! I've been looking for a stylist around here after having moved down here last year! I don't give 5 stars very often but this is the best haircut I've gotten in a very long time!

Very belated review but I want to leave one regardless. Back in May I had gone to my usual stylist at another salon for a full highlight root retouch, she ended up doing a full bleach retouch instead and it did not blend with the rest of my highlighted hair as my roots were way lighter than then rest. I had asked her to add lowlights to the root area to help blend it but she had put lowlights all over my head and not enough on my roots, making my hair look disastrous.
It was Saturday May 24th I was feeling devastated and decided to last minute look for someone to get me in that day to finally fix my hair once and for all. Obviously, no salon was willing to take me in last minute so i decided to check my local Ulta’s salon for any openings. One person- her name was Grace, had an opening and I booked it immediately! I thought I would need a simple root tap and maybe a bleach wash to fix my hair hoping to not take up her whole Saturday but she explained more needed to be done and was completely willing to fix my hair! She spent the majority of her Saturday fixing the mess my hair was with a full foil and then a root tap + toning. She made me feel so comfortable despite feeling bad that I had just last minute booked such a long service.
I’ll be honest- walking out I was scared as I felt my hair looked a bit gray but I decided to trust that it was just the toner needing to be washed out as she mentioned, and a week or two later I was left with my gorgeous golden/platinum blonde that I was before my disaster! I wake up everyday so grateful this angel took that time very last minute to make me feel confident and beautiful again. I will forever be grateful and will return to Grace for my root retouch when time comes. ❤️

I have been overcharged for my eyebrows numerous times by this Ulta Beauty. The first time I was told they could give me some samples to make up for it but are unable to give me my money back due to the computer not allowing it. I checked my statement in May and realized I was overcharged again! This among other things I have dealt with from this location. I'm not sure how that's even allowed to steal money from your customers and not reimburse them? I wonder how many times I've been overcharged without knowing it. I used to love shopping with Ulta but not anymore.

Even as a man, I go there for my acne medications. It's a great place and a great staff. I like Ulta. It's definitely a strength to the City.

This was not my favorite Ulta store that I've been in because parts of it were a little ratty. For the cosmetics, I found that many of the areas were missing the samples to try. A lot of products or not stocked. There were some places where the shelving was broken. No one was on the floor to help me when I was looking, but it looked like it had a very nice beauty salon. Staff at checkout was friendly.
