I am very disappointed with the Verizon on 173. My son (18) went to get a new phone because his iPhone is dying. The salesperson, Seth, then decided to make him pay off his phone, only offered him the iPhone 16, would not help him work things out. He literally told him to go on Facebook marketplace to look for a phone. How does that help sales for your location? My son left with no new phone and is now in the way to tmoble. Who we will all be going with as soon as we pay off these phones. Get better customer service training.

Went there to go. Pick up my item from the express. He asked and the express kiosk was not working. Add a white blank screen. Try to use the buttons and touch.It it didn't work will change my review once this matter gets resolved.

My wife went in there with a problem with her phone that we just purchased there 2 and a half weeks ago. The agent said the problem was too small and there would be a 50 dollar restocking fee. The phone issue is a manufacturing problem nothing to do with her all. Very poor customer service and they talk down to you. I would recommend any other Verizon store but this one.

I was there to pick up a new phone for my daughter. The online order did not process on time. The lady working was able to get me the same phone and at a discounted price. She was awesome.

In the store on 2/14.24 to port a number from another carrier. That went fine, however, there is way too much emphasis placed on the upsell, little to no comprehension that "no" means "no." The additional CSR who inserted himself into the discussion with the rep I was working with was very condescending, tone was bordering on disrespectful. I will try to handle all my needs online whenever possible, I would urge other customers to do the same. This was an unpleasant experience overall.

Went in to the Machesney store to upgrade 2 phones. The sale clerk didn't want to help us. First he urged us to wait for Black Friday. When we finally made it clear we wanted to purchase now, he came back with unnecessary upgrades (Unlimited, extra line, insurance)and told us there was not rebate on our phone 11's. Once it was clear we weren't interested, he told us to just go to Best Buy and get the phones!
