I do not recommend getting any prescriptions filled there. My newborn needed a scrpit. When I went to pick it up the next day they said that they needed to order it. They then called back 2 hours later saying it was over the counter. When I went back they didn't have the med in the store. 2 weeks later I had a script sent there for myself. I went to pick it up 3 days after my doctor sent it and they said it was in the order but wouldn't be able to fill it for a few hours. We'll, the few hours went by and they never received it in their order. I will never get my script filled there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I am also very happy to see the updating of our store. It's great to know we will not be losing our neighborhood store!

The employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't care about helping their customers. Will go to a different Walgreens. I am never coming back here again.

Giving the lowest rating. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude!!!! Argued with me about a prescription that they say they didn't receive but had the whole time, did everything but call me a liar. And why proven wrong they said the Dr was a liar all because they're incompetent. Will be switching pharmacies immediately for all my needs!!!!!

This location is the worst! They care more about getting their lunch than get us our meds. Literally at the counter and turned away….. She even asked well what do you think and pharmacist said no. I will take my business elsewhere. Bye

Walgreens is not a company I want to associate with. They don't care about you or your health needs. Their customer service is terrible. They aren't going out of their way to help you ever. I'm disgusted and I'm done. Had a momentary lapse in judgement and thought I'd switch pharmacies. First they say they didn't fill my script because they don't take United Healthcare. Hu? Then they say you can come back in an hour and just pay cash. What? Then I inquire as to why no one called to let me know. We don't call customers. Really? So being a reasonable person I gave this some consideration. Why would Walgreens not take a major healthcare providers coverage? It's all bull! I called another location. Was told of course they take United Healthcare. This is my second terrible experience with Walgreens. I'm returning to Walmart. They've never been disrespectful. They call and text when scripts are ready. They always take my insurance and they always provide exceptional customer service. The reason I decided to try a new pharmacy was distance. Walgreens was closer than Walmart. Nope, not again, I'll drive further to feel taken care of!

Must be going through staffing issues with their pharmacists. Last couple of times I went to pick up a script only to find out there is not a pharmacist in the building so customers are unable to pick up their scripts. One sure way to lose customers.

This pharmacy charged me for meds then forced me to give them back but refused
To give me refund the doctor called in the wrong dose and they refused
To fill anymore scripts until I gave it back. How unethical are they? I’ll be sure to tell my patients not to use them. I transferred to cvs. This store does not care about you as a person they care about stealing your money and profit. I’ll never use them again. Stay far away.

I’d like to give one employee a one star review at this location. Her name is Brenda and I have encountered her 3 times. Every time she treats me like I’m the biggest inconvenience for being there. She’s literally the rudest employee I’ve ever met. After the first encounter, I thought I’d give her the benefit of the doubt of possibly having a bad day. The second encounter, I was honestly trying to avoid her, but she ended up being the person that had to help me. Still so freaking rude.. Today I went in there and unfortunately had to talk to her again. I can’t believe they’re there are people that work in a business that you have to deal with and help people and you just have to be so awful. She made me feel embarrassed for asking for help. No one should ever feel like this. If I go to the store again and encounter her, I will flat out tell her that I would like someone else to help me. I’m so over it.. All of the other employees in the store phenomenal.

The pharmacy doesn't communicate with you when they don't have medication in stock. You don't know where the problem occurs! Did my doctor not call it in? Is it waiting for me at the pharmacy? By the time you find out your already in withdrawal!
