I went to Casey’s last night around 10pm to purchase a couple food items. The cashier, a young man with brown hair, was condescending and mocking me for using my link card to pay for two items. He asked me in a loud, smart aleck voice if I would like a receipt with my balance on it in front of other customers. It is totally unacceptable to treat someone that way, especially a customer. The young man at a minimum needs a talking to about being judgmental. I will not be back at any Casey’s store because of this.

When was the last time the men’s bathroom was cleaned?? Piss scum all over the urinal
And toilet could not have been cleaned recently at all. I would rather crap in the woods. I can I only imagine what the Hygeine is in the kitchen.

The men’s bathroom looks like it’s not been properly cleaned in months. Beyond freaking disgusting! Whoever is the GM of this store (I was told his name is Tony) should be absolutely ashamed. Maybe someone else needs to take this store over that has some pride in their store. Seriously, that is not acceptable. Not one bit. Wow. I’m seriously astonished by how disgusting that was. Do better.

We ordered a large pizza and chicken tenders and they called to inform us they are out of tenders. I lost two dollars choosing boneless wings instead as I paid online. When I went to pick up the order they gave me bone in wings. When I called to complain and ask for them to be re made they tried to charge me for the wings again. I asked for a refund and no apology was given. No customer service at all.

Caseys has gone downhill quite a bit in the past 3 years. Currently eating another pizza order not made according to our order with missing sauces for the wings. Gas is over priced, no more free air, no more custom sandwiches, dirty store, and sub par pizza. Why stay in business?

Polite enough staff. Placed a pizza delivery order (2 pizzas) at 5:30 with an anticipated delivery time of 34 minutes later. Understanding that it's a Friday evening I gave extra time. After 6:30 I call to check the status of the pizza and I am told that they were busy and that my pizza hadn't even been made and it would an additional 25 minutes to make then extra time for delivery. A call would have been nice to inform me that pizza would be be delayed.

Okay - it's Casey's. A convenience store. But OMG we love the pizza! In such a small town it's nice to have delivery as well. A great option for busy nights when you just can't bring yourself to cook!

let me start this off by saying they don't time stamp their food. they don't change their gloves after touching other stuff which is in fact a health code violation. I watch one of the cooks go over grab something then wrote something down the proceeded to make food. plus I went In there to grab food and it was 24 minutes past the expiration time which after an 1hr and 30 min it's unfit for customers consumption set by corporate.
